I had a couple of small issues with my patio door. The service tech came out as scheduled and fixed it quickly and now its like new.

We purchased a large window wall + 2 smaller window walls from Magic in 2021. The Team @ Magic was very helpful and informative and worked to ensure that we got the look that we wanted with the functionality, especially in a harsh Canadian climate. There were some minor cosmetic issues post installation and the Service Team @ Magic proactively scheduled the repairs, showed up on time and left us with exactly what we wanted. I had a back window replaced through Magic. Although there was a delay on installation, the product is beautiful. I love how bright it is! I did call to have a technician come out as I thought the screen was loose on the bottom slider. The technician was on time and friendly. He tightened the screen mechanism and scraped a bit of glue remnant I hadnt even noticed. Professional, helpful and reliable service. The service call was free of charge. I am happy with my new window.

The casement windows replaced original (75+ year old) double-hung wooden windows with aluminum storms. I love the crankless design and the easy-open functionality. The screens roll up in a spring-loaded device, so when not in use they are out of sight. This does seem to make a considerable difference in the amount of light that comes in (this was an incentive because our street is very shaded and we don't get a lot of direct light). The installation crew was good and cleaned up after themselves. I had someone come a few weeks later to install limiters and he did some fine-tuning to the windows that made everything work even better. We're also noticing that with the casement windows, we get a lot more air flow through the house, and with them closed, less noise from outside.

When making a huge investment to put in a window wall, I decided to go with Magic Window. The fact that they were a Canadian company and had a 40 year warranty made me feel more comfortable as winter weather and efficiency worried me. I've had it now for over 2 years and they have exceeded my expectations in everyway. When adjustments needed to be made, they came right away so I can highly recommend the product and the company's service. They stand behind the products and are professionals!

After 10 years of use and intense sun damage, the handle on my sliding glass door cracked and needed replacing. I called Magic Windows and within a week, my handle was replaced free of charge (still under warranty). Job was completed quickly and efficiently and in a friendly, professional manner. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our sliding patio door. Was installed several months ago. Magic was able to customize it to our high ceilings which other companies were unable to accommodate. Bug screen needed a small fix. Magic customer service responded promptly and arranged for service to fix it at no charge.

Magic windows replaced 4 windows in our home. They are beautiful. We have had a technician out to fix one blind and they did so promptly.
