A 4inch water main that feeds about 40 townhouses in our condominium complex broke in the middle of the night early on a Sunday morning. DrainCity Plumbers was able to put together a team on short notice to dig down 12ft below ground level, by-hand (since a backhoe couldn't fit in the location), and replace the broken pipe section, restoring water to over 200 people. We are grateful for their quick response. The work was professionally done, they provided all appropriate licenses and permits, and were available for follow-up questions. My only small gripe is that I had to reach out for updates. A bit more proactive communication would have put me more at ease. Nevertheless, the replies were quick. Our contact, Bob, clearly knew the industry well and had completed many similar projects in the past, so it all fell neatly into place. Thanks Bob!

Call and appointment service was prompt. Tech (Viktor) showed up promptly. He worked quickly to resolve my issue. Two other providers had not been able to unclog the main toilet drain line. The guy worked hard to get his power snake tool through the blockage. (It was debris from the flooring contractors, i.e. mortar/thin set)

We had our back flow prevention device installed by this company in December just before the Holidays. We had told them we were short on time and wanted to get the job done quick and smoothly. They send their guy Jason that same day and provided me with a full written quote free of charge and an unbeatable price. We started the work and they were finished within a day after Drain City's plumbers arrived the day after. We were surprised at how quick they were able to install this thing in Winter and want to thank you guys for helping us protect our home!

Called this company to help us with our plugged drain, we had a different company come in before and although it was cleared with their snake we had the drain backup a few days later...we decided to use a new company and went with Draincity. Viktor came with an electric snake and so far so good! we are very happy with price and service.

I recently hired DrainCity to correct a problem caused by another plumbing company and to install a sump pump and a backwater valve. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. Jason took control of coordinating the job. He explained everything well and was always easy to get in contact with. Igor and Vasyli showed up when expected and worked hard and efficiently. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the work areas (both inside and outside). Thank you for a job well done.

My wife and I heard about this flooding protection rebate program the city was offering us. We had done our research and decided it was worth putting in our home (our neighbours had 20,000 in damages over the July rain storms). We contacted drain city as they completed a bathtub install for us earlier In the year and they sent their tech guy Jason over. Jason was a pleasure to work with along with the dig guys, they finished on time and helped us with the whole process from start to finish. We appreciate the help and a job well done!

THE guys from drain city plumbers did an excellent job at my place for backwater valves that they fixed they were punctual and the quality of job was good. EEGER the plumber was very helpful and did a good and clean job I was very impressed with him and the sales rep BOB was very good and showed us everrything with camera and gave us the good news that everything is ok. My wife and I were very happy with this, and I must say there price was very good. I will always recommend them to family and friends. At the end they send you a $25 gift card by there way of saying THANK YOU. GOOD JOB DONE.

Excellent service. It's been a long time since myself or anyone I know had someone say "we will be there tomorrow" and actually show up. DrainCity Plumbers did. Jason the salesman was on time for the pre and post inspections and the crew were there when they were supposed to be or earlier. Also, the job was done right the first time. I'm not easy to impress so want to give credit where it's due and that's certainly the case here.

Tree root entered into the sewage pipe causing blockage. Bob and and his crew did a good job to solve this problem by replacing the whole sewage pipe system and at the same time install the BWV. Very professional and efficient. Igor is one of the young worker who shows his dedication to the job. I do recommend who needs this service call Bob first. The last but not least their price is very competitive. Well Done.
