    Furnace and Duct Cleaning

    Very satisfied with Advanpro; this is the second time in 3 years we have used this company and both times they have been very punctual, courteous, and professional. Pat and Jeff came today, and they were just a pleasure to do business with. William Torres

    Dec 30, 2017 THANK YOU

    It was freezing and my garage furnace thermostat quit leaving me with freezing cold water into my intake and shut down ALL hot water for 4 days. Mike D was great and efficient and pleasant!!! Thank you Advanpro and MIKE. J.Opsahl

    Emergency furnace repair

    Mike was over to fix the blower motor on our furnace. He was fantastic! Professional, friendly and efficient. We are very thankful he came over to fix our furnace on New Years Eve. Also, when we got the call back from Sean first thing this morning, he was helpful and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with Advanpro. Thanks a lot guys!

    Dust comes just before cleanning

    I don't recommend this company to clean your furnace. After they did the cleaning my furnace, dust got stuck in my new furnace filter. So I replace it with a new filter. I checked after five days, dust got stuck in the filter again. Dust came to my desk like before cleaning.

    Great Service, Highly recommended

    We got the furnace/duct cleaning done by this company twice so far and have received great service and they did a thorough cleaning job. The workers are very friendly and do a great job too. We would definitely recommend this company to any one for any furnace repairs or cleaning jobs. We are very happy customers and will continue to use their services in future as well.     Furnace & Duct cleaning

    Pat and Tim arrived at 8:00 am sharp, even though the temperature was -31. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. They gave us some pointers, changed our furnace filter, and even cleaned up the melted snow from their boots (at the doorway) The furnace sounds quieter and the house warmed up in no time. Great service, would use again, and will recommend to friends and family.

    Furnace not working (-25C outside)

    Furnace stopped heating during a cold spell (-25C). Service tech (Mike) was on site in less than 24 hours. Very courteous. Tested both units. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and problem was resolved. Very professional

    Xmas Furnace Repair - HO, HO, OH NO!!!

    Just had a repair job done by Mike - super impressed with his thoughtful diagnosis. The issue was complex to me as the home owner, but he was able to determine what it was within seconds of seeing the issue, and resolve the problem with a few simple steps and testing to make sure everything was on the mend. This was an issue that couldn't have come at a worse time; during the holidays and a cold snap. I sent a note on Boxing Day, and I had a response within an hour to queue up a service time for the following day during regular service times. Big difference is, other companies we're just getting to my inquiry almost 36 hours later due to the holiday, meaning the issue would resolved 36 hours later than Advanpro. Thanks for being there, and thanks foryour help guys! Matt James

    electrical furnace problem

    Mike Dowd was friendly, professional and courteous, walked me step by step what he was doing and making recommendations which really set him apart, also he went above and beyond by going out of his way and getting the part(on/off switch), he also installed the thermostat and showed us how to use it. Kudos to Mike & Advanpro, will not forget the experience.

    Furnace maintenance

    Just had a problem with my furnace. I called advanpro and they sent out Sean, service technician. He figured out the problem right away and fix it. He also gave me some tips on maintaining the furnace and keeping it in good working conditions. Thank you Sean for great service.
