We've used Advanpro's services in our previous home and were impressed by their quality of customer service, friendliness, knowledge, skill, and finished work. Unfortunately, we did stray to other companies after moving, thinking there wouldn't be much of a difference, but boy were we wrong! The other companies did not match the high standards that Advanpro had set. We are happy to be back with them and their service is worth every penny.

I found the company through the ShineFM advertisers page and wanted to try them out. I was not frustrated as Jason and Matt came out as professionals and did their work efficiently and as expected. Fully satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them and the company.

Orrin from Advanpro and Advanpro company did an awesome job!Everything went smoothly - from the appointments to completion of the setup on the new furnace - I am very satisfied. There was no pressure to buy a new furnace as he explained what my options and costs were, answered all my questions, and provided brochures on different furnaces available. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner and there was no cleanup I had to do after everything was finished. Orrin is very professional, courteous and a diligent working man. Thank you for a job well done. I couldn't be happier! Also, had my ducts and vents cleaned as part of the new furnace package, the team of Adam and Jay came over a couple of days later, and did an awesome job! Again, very courteous and professional individuals. They were on time and actually early (with my approval), my floors were protected with their rollout covers, they knew where are all the vents were, and recommended my humidifier be serviced as well. Also, Adam noticed my laundry water tap connections were leaking with potential mold building up on the drywall, and pointed that out to me. I appreciated that very much as it is a health hazard in due time, and he cared to let me know. Both Adam and Jay completed their work diligently, efficiently and quickly. They are both genuine nice guys! Well, a visit for an estimate, a new furnace (including thermostat, carbon monoxide detector) and duct/vent cleanings plus humidifier service all done within a very short period of time, I am very happy! On top of that, professionalism from the company down to the individuals performing the services... most excellent. Thank you Advanpro!

Just used Advanpro for furnace and duck cleaning They were excellent ! Jason and Peter did a great job would highly recommend them will be using them again for the next cleaning !

Advanpro arrived within a 30 minute time window, put on floor protective shoe covers, discovered the problem and fixed my furnace in 15 minutes. He didn't charge me anything because they had come the past fall to do a tune up and this current problem should not have happened.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the service I received. It turned out to be my thermostat and not the furnace. I ended up with a wifi thermostat which I was wanting (an expense well worth the money). Adam replaced it in no time, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, all while smiling. Never underestimate the personal touches! Having workers in my home that are friendly makes a stressful situation so much easier!

We have been customers of a different furnace company for about 17 years and recently felt that over that time they have actually been just trying to get money out of us. The last time they came, the technician put a thermometer near the 8 year old furnaces and told us that both needed to be replaced to the tune of at least $15 000. So thinking this was a little odd we decided to get a second opinion. We found good reviews for Advanpro so we called them in. Advanpro cleaned the furnaces and the ducts and told us the furnaces were in good shape but that they needed a change of sensors at $50. We then had them look at and clean the furnace in our daughter's condo. Jason, Peter, Orin, and Pat were polite, quiet, and efficient. They gave us clear information about the furnaces and didn't try to sell anything. We would definitely recommend Advanpro and we have ditched the other company!

I woke up this morning with a freezing cold house because my furnace wasn't turning on. Adam was quick to answer his phone and on his way to check out the furnace before noon that day. Upon arrival Adam slipped on house friendly boots to protect our floors, and went down to see whats what. Took Adam no more than a minute to diagnose the problem and start thawing out exhaust with a hairdryer to get the furnace started up. We booked a cleaning for the same day as per Adam's suggestion. Would certainly call Adam and the Advanpro team again. Thanks guys

Kevin from AdvanPro was terrific in replacing inducer motors in the furnace - he was efficient, tidy and did an impeccable job. Not only that, he was a super nice guy! Strong recommend using AdvanPro, and if you do, ask for Kevin.
