    Stop leakage: Unknown problem
    The plumber found the source of the basement ceiling leakage in a professional manner. I also asked him if he could fix another leak in the upstairs bathroom and he was able to do it in a jiffy! Thank you for being accommodating. Prices are very reasonable too! Thank you.

    Back water valve installation

    I took a chance with Alex and his crew for this work and Alex is a very honest man. He is patient and calm to explain what are the necessary steps for the completion. I am very pleased with their work overall and his willingness to be available for the project or any questions at all times during this stressful project is highly appreciated. I will be seeking his expertise for any plumbing projects in future no doubt! Thanks Alex Highly recommended

    Sink replacements in Brampton

    This is my third time using the services of AY plumbing spread over a decade, each with a different plumber. My most recent experience with Todd was typical of them. - punctual arrival - prompt completion of the work - excellent quality work - thorough clean up when the job was done. Packaging material was broken down and sorted into my bins. This was unexpected but very much appreciated! A great overall experience!

    toilet fix

    Im a property manager of several properties. Anytime I have a plumbing issue, there is no question in my mind who to call I always call A & Y Plumbing. They have been assisting me with my plumbing issues for over 10 years, whether it is for small services, projects, or preventive plumbing. They are always punctual, professional, very easy to get in touch with and respond very quickly. They are great with my clients who always say that the plumbers are very friendly, greeting them with a smile and exchanging pleasantries and news. I highly recommend this company.

    very efficient service

    We've had Alex and co in to fix things over many years. They just proved again how quick, efficient and honest they are. Fixed my mom's toilets in her condo (it's endemic every single unit has the same problem and the internal condo repair recommended by condo mgment quoted 2x the price per toilet). As always very honest (I have to say this again).

    Do it right the first time

    I had quotes far exceeding what they did for a simple drain clear. They came and did it right. As a bonus the plumber gave me some tips on how to clear a drain without the use of harsh chemicals, which I appreciated. I'd hire them again any time.

    Another job well done at Pannahill

    I have been a customer for over 10 years. I owned an 11 unit and now I only own a triplex. Alex has been a very honest person and always evaluated the job on the phone. He always gave me an accurate price and time limit of every job. All the plumbers he sent were very polite and knowledgeable. On Feb 18th he sent Roman and he was a delight to deal with. I always have a lot of questions and though I am an older woman, he took the time to answer them with patience. The prices are fair and all the plumbers work diligently and quickly. I never had to call them back with a problem. Its so nice to have a plumber you can trust. Victoria the girl in the office is so very nice to deal with too. Thank you A&Y Plumbing
