One of the toilets in our condo flat backed up, and upon flushing, the water started rising rapidly. We could not stop the water and our bathroom + the closest room got flooded. We called the super who arrived late and after stopping the flow did not help us get rid of the flood water. After enquiring about the management’s plumbing prices we realized they were too expensive. We then called a trusted family friend’s plumbing company: A and Y Plumbing. The technician arrived instantly. He rented a pump to pump out the flood water and fixed the backed up toilet. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the price was one we could easily afford. A and Y Plumbing saved the day, they are a fantastic company!

He was able to give me a firm price and was able to start right away. They were on time for the job. Left the site very clean. Job looks well done--we'll see in the Spring! When they came to pick up payment, they double checked the floor drain to ensure it was working properly. Looks good so far!
