The team was awesome! Polite, efficient and extremely detail oriented. They did an incredible job with my exterior paint job (2 storey home with existing siding). They confirmed all the details with me and even did a few extra touch ups which were unexpected. I highly recommend their services.

The initial quoting process was smooth and professional. A few follow ups needed to book a time. The painters were very friendly and worked diligently, however the quality of the job was brought the experience down. Sloppy cutting in, missed areas, specks and blobs of paint left everywhere (still scraping it off the floors, bathtub, sink, and marble counters), some areas not covered, putting paint cans on my bare counters etc. Overall they just seemed inexperienced and lacked attention to detail. Had to come back and redo a number of walls. I would say if you’re looking for relatively cheap and are comfortable that you won’t get a perfect job then they would do the trick. Reasonable rates and worked efficiently.

The Encore team gave us a reasonable quote for the work and came in right as planned. They started the job quickly and finished in the time they indicated. Ben and Eric were very professional and did a great job. We will certainly use them again.

House looks great with a new coat of paint. Jon responded promptly and was very friendly. Lauren answered queries quickly and had touchups finished promptly.

Good 3 person team, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, checked beforehand on any work questions. They cleaned up the job site afterwards and were a friendly crew to have here. No complaints at all.

- the crew was polite, professional and very very trustworthy in my home while I was not there. -they finished the work on time and are coming back to do touch ups to my satisfaction -the crew manager ( Alex) kept in touch with me by email and phone to assure me of everything going on in the home, throughout the duration of the project- which was beyond what one could expect -the crew worked long hours and did a fantastic job -I highly recommend this group - they were exactly what you would like from the experience- they did exactly what they said they would do! Awesome!
