We are also extremely disappointed with the outcome of your project and we apologize for the significant inconvenience this has caused for you and your family. The painter who was assigned to your home has been professional over the many years but unfortunately we’ve failed to ensure that the consistent quality service that we expect and strive for, is being maintained and delivered by all representatives of Encore Painting. With that said, this painter is no longer with our company and we are currently putting measures in place to prevent future situations like this. We will be sending you something in the coming days as a way to hopefully help minimize any dissatisfaction.
