I would recommend Mr Heat to everyone! Nima and his crew came right on time on the agreed day of installation and did a wonderful job in installing our new A/C. Nima also went out of his way and fixed some issues with our furnace which was installed a few years ago by another contractor and did not charge us for it. Anyone looking for a heating or A/C contractor should deal with Nima/Mr Heat. You will not regret it at all.

Nima arrived early and got right to work on the fireplace. Because of his early arrival, he had time to work on the furnace, something I had not discussed earlier with him. Highly recommend.

Nima came within a day of providing a quote, in a time that was convenient to us, and completed the installation very professionally. After few days we have asked Nima to do some modifications in the installation to have the humidifier running only on the furnace actual heat cycle (as we have an HRV that activates the furnace fan continuously) and Nima was very responsive and made the modification as requested free of charge. Excellent experience.

Very good service from Nima. Our furnace was 26 years old and wouldnt work- we knew we needed a new one. I was referred to Nima from a friend at work. Nima showed up in a day, and a new furnace was installed in another day. very professional, good work.

Right before New Year's Eve, my furnace broke down, I checked the Internet to find a reliable company to come and take a look at my furnace which was by the way very old. I read the comments but still wasn't sure, because everyone gave great comments about them which seemed not so real to me, but I thought I give it a shot. Nima came here to see the old furnace right on time, very punctual. He checked the old furnace, it was all rusty and broken and needed to be replaced, so he gave me a good deal on as brand new high efficiency furnace but because of some parts, I had to wait till after holidays, like 5 more days, the next day, to my surprise, Nima called and said he got the parts already and because there was a snow storm and extreme cold weather warning for that weekend, so he came here with his team before scheduled day on Saturday, and changed both the furnace and the water heater which I wanted to change with a tankless one. Now I have top of the line high efficient furnace and tankless water heater and didn't suffer the extreme cold, thanks to Nima, great job! He also called for follow up, to see if everything's working right! I'm happy I made a good choice and Nima from Mr. Heat is very reliable. :)

I was looking for a trustworthy heating and cooling contractor in Richmond Hill for annual furnace maintenance before my new tenants move in and I came across Mr. Heat. Mike showed up on time, very polite and professional. after he was done he noticed a slight water leakage from my existing 13 years old hot water tank and suggested to replace the water heater before further damage occurs. After I talked to my husband we went ahead with new rental water heater from them. They were very fast. They installed my new tank two days after and return the existing tank to Directenergy for me. I'm very pleased with their service and definitely recommend them to my family and colleagues.

My furnace stopped working last night, and my humidifier and HEPA air filter hadn't worked for years. Nima arrived within 15 minutes of placing the call (luckily we was in the area). He repaired (rather than trying to upsell a replacement part) the furnace very quickly. He also looked at the humidifier and HEPA air filter during the service call, at no extra charge. I decided to move the location of the humidifier as it was not originally installed properly. He clearly explained the problem throughout the process, and what maintenance steps I should take going forward. Overall, Nima was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and fair. I would highly recommend.

Get experience with Nima. He was on time, took his shoes off at the door, and provided excellent service. Would recommend to all my family and friends and will defiantly be using them again in the future.

Nima came to check my furnace and discovered extensive rust damage & a minor crack in heat exchanger. The furnace was replaced the following weekend. The price is reasonable & the job was done professionally & in a timely manner. I would recommend them!
