    Fireplace Repair

    Fireplace was not working with or without remote. Turns out that original parts required to fix were obsolete and not available. The only solution short of replacing the whole fireplace, which was very expensive, was to do a retrofit. I phoned Mr. Heat and got Nima who performed the repair. I am pleased to say that from the point of view of being knowledgeable, professional, expedient and courteous this guy is the best. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Heat and Nima again.

    Furnance, gas fireplace

    I found this company from the contractors list on Enbridge website and read the good reviews so I chose this company to service my furnance and gas fireplace. They scheduled the appointment on the next day when I called. Nima was so professional, courteous and work was done so thoroughly, taking time to explain and answer my questions. Thank you so much!!

    Furnace repair

    Mike from MrHeat had come in half an hour after my call (on Saturday!) and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. He also clearly explained the problem so I could fix it next time by my own

    gas fireplace repair

    Gas fireplace would not ignite. Nima provided same-day service, used diagnostic equipment to detect a problem with a temperamental wire connection in the thermostat and provided a prompt, cost-free solution. Nima was courteous, personable and accommodating, answering all questions. Two years ago, on a friend's recommendation, we switched to Mr. Heat for our furnace, AC and gas fireplace maintenance. In comparison to other services we have used, we have found them far and away the most prompt, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

    New Humidifier

    Mr. Mianrazi from Mr. Heat did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous and very conscientious. I would highly recommend his company to family and friends. Well done Mr. Heat.

    A/C Installation

    When I called Mr. Heat I spoke to a person rather than a recorded message, which is rare these days. The owner answered and he and his crew came to install the next day. They were professional, efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend this company, and will be calling them again for services in the future.

    New Furnace,AC,Navien Tankless Water Heater

    After getting many quotes we finally decided to choose mr. heat mechanical . We upgraded out exisiting HVAC system to Lennox SLP98 Furnace and XC14 Air Conditioner package.We also replace our hot water tank with Navien NPE240A tankless water heater.Mike helped us with rebate submission.They are very informative,professional and responsive. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    Purchase and install home central aircondioner

    Prior to our move to a new townhouse Mr Nima Mianrazi offered me options for the purchase and installation of a home central air conditioner. He discussed with me the advantages and disadvantages of each of the options.The purchase and installation was completed on schedule. Nima resolved all start-up issues professionally and fast. My family is now enjoying the unit.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    The Gas Co. tech said my airconditioner compressor was blown. Recommended a sales guy who recommended a new unit cause it might be more economical than replacement in the long run. Lucky for me we called Mr. Heat to replace. They insisted they check it out for themselves (before replacing) and I am glad they did. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the compressor and all I needed was a simple capacitor. Paid a few hundred rather than the $3,000 or more the gas co was willing to sell me on. Mr. Heat is truly the most professional honest ethical service business I have ever dealt with. Please use them and recommend them to your friends i certainly will.
