I had a pilot assembly on my gas fireplace burning poorly and generating much soot. It had been previously cleaned and adjusted for burn by an alternate certified HVAC specialist. Unsatisfied with the first results, I contacted Mr. Heat Mechanical. The response to have their technician come and inspect and provide appropriate services was for next business day. The technician came on time, replaced the old pilot assembly, verified proper operation of the automated gas valve and was finished cleaning up within 45min. He was very professional.

Called Mr. Heat after my furnace broke down thinking that it's about time to replace. Nima came & to my surprise fix it in half an hour's time. I am very happy with the prompt service but especially the honest attitude. When it's time for replacement, definitely I will give my business to him & nobody else. Highly recommended Mr. Heat!

Wonderful experience! I’ve been using Mr. Heat for over 10 years at various properties and have been satisfied time and time again. This time around, they replaced all of our equipment (Furnace, hot water tank, air conditioner) in our new house and listened to exactly what my husband wanted. They did not try and upsell, and were very honest if they felt his ‘wants’ were a little far fetched. At the end of the project, my husband was happy. Not only did they finish quicker then expected, the were able to move our equipment from one side of our laundry room to the other and we finally get air flow to our bedroom levels! Nima and his team were great! At our quotation meeting he explained what equipment would be best for our house. He answered all my questions and pointed out the increased efficiencies and savings I could expect on my gas and hydro bills. He went beyond that and showed me how I could get more heat in our family room by making some changes to the ductwork. He also set up and programmed our new thermostat and explained how to make changes to it. His prices were competitive and he billed us as quoted. The crew cleaned up after the job and took away our old water heater. I highly recommend Mr. Heat Mechanical! Hal

Furnace stopped working last December during the -20C weather. Mr Heat came last minute to troubleshoot the same day. Opted for replacing the entire furnace and water heater together, Mr Heat came the same week and replaced everything in one day. Very prompt service and follow up, very responsive to questions over the phone or email. Very professional work and completely happy with the prices and rebates that were offered.
