I found James through Homestars. He is easily reachable by phone (answers his phone right away every time I called him!) and very clear with respect to estimates and information about his services. My piano had not been tuned since 2006, and it is a low end piano, but James had the expertise to do a thorough and efficient tuning to bring the piano to a playable state. The piano sounds so much better after Jame's tuning it is like night and day. James was also able to fix some keys that were double-striking. James gave us some helpful tips regarding home temperature and humidity to improve the environment for the piano. We were happy with Jame's friendly and professional services. James was on time, professional and efficient. Even with an out of town move, he and his crew made the move very easy. Their cost was more than 25% less than the next best quote I had. Highly recommended.

I was initially quite impressed w/ James' website, as were those I conferred w/ before hiring his company. They were great. James seemed genuinely interested in getting my piano moved w/o incident. Mission accomplished. I'd hire him again in a second and would refer him w/o hesitation.

James and his crew moved my piano through a backyard into the truck, and then into my house without a hitch. They were courteous and professional, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

James and his team professionally moved our piano into his truck and expertly moved it down a difficult outside stairway into basement. He will even return to tune it! MOST IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!! Highly recommended.

James and his crew were very helpful. I needed to move my piano on very short notice (one day) and James made himself available. They were five minutes early and were very careful to take pictures of the piano in advance to ensure the quality of his service (scratches etc). They got my piano from point A to point B very quickly and carefully....and at such a reasonable price. James also made a point to follow up in a month for piano tuning -- which I am happy to have him help me with. Great customer service, thank you...

I am so pleased to write this review. We recently moved from a house to a condo and James and his crew moved our upright piano. We found them to be most professional, reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Having sold another piano and watched a "professional mover" remove that from our home..the difference was like night and day. The PianoInside crew was outstanding in how they protected our piano. Do not look further for a better mover...no need!

Wonderful - prompt, cheerful and efficient. They moved a HUGE piano into a small house and made it look easy. Very careful with our walls, floors and doors. Quoted price was exactly the price charged - and it was the best quote we got. Absolutely recommend.

James and his crew look young but act like seasoned, caring professionals. They know what they are doing, showed up on time, clearly explained all aspects the move before they began and were very reasonably priced.

James arrived promptly and tuned a very neglected piano with ease and precision. Will need to re-tune sooner than later as suspected due to the severity of the neglect. Cuorteous and professional. Will use him again in the future!
