I just had James tune 2 pianos for me, one which he moved in June, which was over 100 years old (cost was $280 & he did a great job moving it a very heavy piano, too, but he moved it carefully and professionally, with zero damage to piano or property). The other one is my mother's piano, over 60 years old -They both sound AMAZING (and I am picky)! James was pleasant, and professional, taking his time to do the work properly. His inherent work ethic and high standards were self-evident. He also gave a realistic assessment of the cost and necessity for repair options, which he completed quickly on-the-spot. James was excellent, a real gem. We will definitely call him for our future piano tuning.

Hi,I needed to move my piano ,and I was worried who to call since not all the movers are good,I called James, and he was the best mover I ever seen in Canada,he was on time to start with and secondly very nice and friendly and third and the most important very cautious and careful, he moved my piano in 1 hour and without any scratching or damaging,I strongly recommend everyone to call him for his piano move and trust me you will not regret.Thank you James, excellent job!!!!

I called James after checking with homestars. I needed to move a baby grand piano and after my initial call, the move was done the next day! He was able to accommodate my request quickly and his crew was organized, very experienced and professional. Even though the move was done on the hottest day of the year and the piano was heavier than a standard upright, he was able to get it done flawlessly in just 2 hrs. I will be calling him in a month to do the follow up piano tuning. Highly recommend.

James and crew were perfect professionals. They accommodated the moving date I asked for with little advance notice, they arrived for the piano pick-up early into the one-hour window they gave me, took very good care of the piano during the move, and set it up in our home without incident, despite our narrow entrance, stairs, and lack of parking. All of the men were polite and professional, and very easy to work with. Oh, and did I mention theirs was the least expensive quote/price I found? What more can I say? Book them! You'll be glad you did.

I found Piano Inside on Kijiji and decided to call James after reading all his positive Homestar reviews. I had an upright piano moved from Etobicoke to Vaughan. I called on Sunday and arranged for the move on Tuesday. James returned my calls quickly, quoted a price over the phone and finalized move details over email. Overall a very efficient process. I needed a very heavy and old upright piano moved from Ajax (Greenwood) to Stoney Lake (northeast of Peterborough). After acquiring estimates and reading testimonials, I decided to use Pianos Inside. James was very quick on returning emails and offered the best price (up to 3 TIMES CHEAPER than the highest estimate). I met James and his 2-man crew at the new location and they had to move the piano on a grvel pathway. Using their truck ramp and some plywood strip I provided, with extreme care, they positioned the piano in exact spot I wanted. I was impressed with their care, knowledge, professionalism and STRENGTH. Thanks, gentlemen. You treated a very precious possession as if it was your very own. James did a thorough and professional job in both appraising and moving the baby grand I was buying. The people who were selling the piano were also pleased with the care in which his crew moved the piano out of their house.
