    Solar Skylight blinds

    Love, love, love the solar blinds that Krumpers Solar Solutions installed for us in June - for the first time since installing skylights over the eating area in the kitchen - we were able to "actually"use & enjoy this area during the summer months. It was also a pleasure to deal with 2 such charming people. Worth every penny!! Thank you

    new blinds

    We are very pleased with our twin bedroom blinds set from Krumpers Solar Solutions. This is an actual excerpt from an e- mail that I sent to friends before learning of this review page: "...just sharing a neat "find" that we tripped over in our efforts to update our home. We recently ordered some blinds from Krumpers Solar Solutions in Ottawa. These blinds are very good and don't overly impede one's view of the outdoors. They add "R" factor/s and are great at handling heat, coolness and light. We weren't aware of these blinds, the material they're made of or the company until 2 months ago or so.     Solar blinds for my home

    HMM? Travelling around the Mediterranean OR paying for solar blinds?That was a tough decision. I am a voracious traveller. With Krumpers blinds I can do both. When I first heard of their statistics as to how much I would save in heating costs,I was MOST skeptical. After having the blinds, not only is my heating bill WAY lower,but the blinds are beautiful, transparent AND I can use the savings for discretionary spending....plus I still have the blinds as a long term investment. It will lighten my environemntal footprint. It's a win, win, win, win situation.

    Energy-efficient solar blinds (winter/summer)

    I have these blinds installed on my patio door and bedroom window. I purchased these blinds because I liked their modern look but initially was a bit sceptical about energy savings. All my doubts were gone when I had significant cut in my Enbridge bill in a winter and my Hydro (air conditioning) in a summer last year. I am very happy with these blinds – they look great, save energy and require zero maintenance.

    Solar Blinds

    We recently had Krumpers Solar Blinds installed in our kitchen and living room. We are so thrilled that the product delivers on it's promises and we have noticed a significant change in the temperature of the rooms and on our heating bill too. It is really amazing that these blinds can control the temperature the way they do, and they also have such a clean and modern look!

    Krumpers Solar Blinds

    We have the solar blinds installed in two rooms,where we have two windows and a skylight.The blinds have reduced current heat loss a lot. Service is very quick and professional. Will order more.

    Insulation of all windows

    My apartment is mostly windows on the south and west side walls. After Krumpers' climate control solar blinds were installed last January, the apartment felt warmer even though I *reduced* the thermostat setting by 3 degrees. The window insulation coupled with a mild winter (2010) made it possible for me to turn off the electric heating in March and I have not yet turned it on (October). What thrills me the most is how *comfortable* the apartment is -- no excess heat in the summer or cold draft in the winter. These blinds do indeed live up to their claims.

    Energy-efficient solar blinds (winter/summer)

    My late Father (not an easy man to impress) bought Krumpers custom blinds for one skylight, and was so happy with them, he bought two more, plus roller blinds for a double patio door. He was delighted with the effective, meticulously-made and installed product and the excellent service. We will be adding Krumpers Solar blinds for several more windows, as he had planned to do.
