My Dad has a rather large, West-facing window. It had always been too hot in Summer, and too chilly in Winter, but the light and the view were very important to him. After speaking to others, including friends and family members who have Krumpers blinds, we met with Diana. She recommended and quoted vertical blinds, and we agreed to go ahead. The installation was two weeks earlier than quoted! The whole process, from the no-pressure sales visit to the meticulous installation, was seamless and easy. The Summer months were much, much more comfortable, and the Fall so far is too - and the view remains! We could not be more delighted!

We absolutely loved all our solar blinds and they functioned fantastically. Really saved on energy. We have sold our home two years ago and have instructed the new owners on them and the importance of changing sides per season. Ron & Diane

We love our Krumpers Solar Blinds. They protect our living room furniture from the bright sun in the summer, and help keep the temperature down while still allowing us to see outside. We appreciate the reminder and directions as to how to reverse the blinds with each change of season (i.e. summer to winter and winter to summer), because when we reverse the blinds for the winter our furniture is still protected, our room is warmer, and we can still see outdoors. AMAZING! The blinds are very sturdy and well made. They're well worth the cost.

We purchased blinds for our family room and kitchen and are very happy with the results. We enjoy some heat savings but more importantly the brightness of the afternoon sunshine is reduced, without putting either area into darkness.

We live in a 1,200 square foot condominium that has a western exposure facing the Ottawa River. The apartment is a corner unit and has always posed us with significant heating and cooling challenges and well above average costs. Last year we totally renovated and modernized the space and had Krumpers Solar Blinds installed throughout the entire apartment. We are so very pleased with our decision and do not regret it despite the cost. The blinds demonstrated their effectiveness almost immediately in terms of helping us to have more control over the temperatures in our living space. Additionally, we noted less HVAC cycling during extreme weather and enjoyed the reduced costs accordingly. The owners of the company Diana and Yuri are always professional and easy to deal with. They take the time to educate you as to the technologies employed and ensure their products are the right ones to meet your needs and expectations. All of our questions were answered very knowledgeably. Installation went smoothly and without any difficulty. Follow up contacts with the company were handled very efficiently. When you pay this kind of money for a product, you naturally have some degree of trepidation. Working with this couple does much to allay one's worries as they are tremendously courteous, helpful and efficient. But, experiencing is believing. We had these installed in a sunroom (8 windows) which gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year - 27 degrees and our sun room is hit with full southern sun. Boiling. With the Krumpers shades, our sunroom was comfortably cool. Delightful! I can hardly wait till winter where these Krumpers will function like an R10 wall. Thanks to Diana and Yuri. Great work. Highly recommended!

We have had these blinds for quite a few years and are very satisfied with them. The owners came to adjust our blinds and showed us how to flip them. They are very personable and professional. The blinds keep the room which is southern exposure cool in the summer and warmer throughout the winter months. Definitely would recommend this company John & Nancy Lavictoire

I must say this is a very innovative and excellent product. The room temperature in my condo unit facing northeast has remained constant despite fluctuating temperatures outside. Another great feature of the Solar Blinds is that I am able to enjoy the scenery outside with the blinds closed. In terms of esthetics, the blinds look great and matches my appliances as Diana had mentioned. No real need to buy curtains. Diana and her husband provided professional services and are very attentive to details, concerns and care with their customers. That is what I call excellent service. We have had these blinds for five years and we find them very effective to protect us from the heat of the sun in the summer and give us more heat in the winter. Last summer we didn't get them turned as early, but when we did turn them, it was immediate relief! We find Diana and her husband have always been very professional and helpful. I would recommend them for anyone.
