On time+promised date, cleaned up prefectly, friendly, great quality work, on budget - what more could you ask for??? Really- If all contractors were like this then the world would be a better place!

Both Crystal and Tony came when I was in a pinch. They moved things around to help me out. I like that they are focused on quality and that their workers offer proper customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely call them for future work.

Tony and his colleague did some work to parge two sides of our old brick house. They were very courteous, arrived on time for the quote and the work, and took a lot of pride in their work.

Tony Devlin and the Straight Up Masonry team were great to deal with. Not only is their work excellent, but it was also carried out w/in the timelines and prices quoted. Afterward, they were extremely conscienscious in their clean up. I plan to use them again for another project on my house next year.

Tony and his team were a breath of fresh air. Straight Up Masonry completed the work when they said they would and with the quality and professionalism one would expect in a contractor. We had Straight Up Masonry rebuild our chimney. A key requirement was ensuring the chimney bricks matched the rest of our home. As our house was built in the lat 30s, and used three different colours of brown, I wasn't sure that this could be achieved - but they did. Communicating with Straight Up Masonry was very easy. Whether it be via telephone or email - they were very responsive. In addition, after they completed the work, they ensured that the area was well cleaned and was left as they had arrived. I would highly recommend Straight Up Masonry and plan to use them in future for a porch rebuild.

Tony Devlin and his team were impressive, giving us a very competitive quote on services that were delivered in a very prompt and professional manner. He and his team worked very diligently over 3 days rebuilding our chimney and tuckpointing old mortar in our century old home. We very much recommend his services to anyone.

Straight up Masonry came to the rescue in more than one way for us. From first point of contact Crystal is amazing, organized, understanding and accommodating. When our chimney needed to be rebuilt she arranged an estimate very quickly and answered all our questions. She also arranged a tentative date and placed me on an emergency waitlist, which she remembered and squeezed me in shortly when a cancellation came. Straight Up Masonry’s quote was very reasonable and as promised Tony arrived as scheduled (even a bit early) and completed the work on time and the clean up was so fantastic that it didn’t even look as if any work had been done. As requested Tony bagged the chimney with amazing precision and even after Hurricane Sandy’s destruction there were no leaks from the chimney and no issues as we were waiting for a roofer to complete some warranty work on the flashing around our chimney. Once the bagging around the chimney was removed, the bricks and craftsmanship was without a doubt flawless and Straight Up Masonry is nothing less than perfection. I even had a question more than a week after the job was done, emailing Straight Up with a question and was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone response from Tony himself within 2 hours from my initial email question. When it comes to all masonry needs, please don’t look anywhere else; Straight Up Masonry will give you all of what you need from customer service to excellent craftsmanship. I saw my neighbour get their chimney done by this company. I called and Tony came and did the job and did also do a bit extra repair at house i was not aware of. price was good and crystal on the phone very good. I Will call them again for more work when needed.

I was very impressed with the work of Tony and his team. The rebuild of my porch was done with care. I have had other not so pleasant experiences with contractors in teh past. this experience was pleasant and the outcome was better than I had envisioned. Tony, followed up to make sure I was pleased with teh work and came back (after I had paid him) to check on an area of concern. How many contactors come back oafter they are paid? Thanks Tony. David
