I needed to replace a large furnace and add AC to the new system. Brent the owner was the most knowledgeable and responsive of the 3 companies I contacted. When he visited to do the estimate he raised things that the others didn’t and gave very detailed solid advice. He knows his stuff.
Christian and the install team were amazing; a high quality job, completed in one very long day (they stayed really late so that they wouldn’t inconvenience me the next day).
A couple of weeks later I had a teething trouble and Christian came the same day to fix it. Great customer service.
The City issued certificates for both the gas and electrics, it’s clear the City doesn’t worry when it’s a Shift Air installation.
I now have a quiet efficient furnace, amazing AC in the summer, and a top-of-the-range WiFi connected thermostat so that I can control the system from anywhere in the world.
Their bill was exactly as quoted, they did not gouge me for any extras.
Brent and his guys seem really busy (which is a good sign I suppose) but they are very responsive and I am delighted I chose them.
