Delux Alarms installed the security system and cable connections for phone/cable and internet in our new home. I also availed of their services to install the garage opener and central vacuum. Not only are the price very affordable and competitive, the service was excellent. Liz was my contact person all throughout and she helped us plan things. Deluxe Alarm provides me all the wiring for monitoring alarm, surround sound system, central vacuum, etc. I was out of town so I totally depends on its expertise and professionalism to decide what kinds of products and upgrades I need for my new town home. The staff Amanda Powar was so friendly, helpful and professional. On phone and emails, she clearly explained all the products and services suitable to me and scheduled technician for installation within the tight time frame. Melinda in Customer Service was helpful in confirming my Deluxe Alarm Account number and provided costs for additional hardware and followed up with an email providing her contact information so that I can call her back when I am ready to install. I am happy with the service. :)

We have been using DELUX ALARM for almost a year now. The peace of mind and relaxation that we feel since then is great. We sleep at night knowing that we are well protected by a state of the art technology and an extremely professional team at the back end. DELUX ALARM have also installed an intercom with a camera that is working very well. We feel very safe leaving the kids alone at home, as long as they know how to operate/arm/disarm the system. It is fairly easy to use and so far, we have seen no signs of malfunctions like we here about in other commercial systems.. The customer service staff is extreemly proffesional and supportive. We have just called enquiring about a technical operation question, FARA FATHY, was the representative who help me get all answers to my questions in a very pleasing and welcoming attittude.
