I have alrarm system with Delux Alarm, and Fara helped me out on the phone. She is very friendly and very nice person to talk with. I donnot have any problems with my alarm system. So far every thing is well and under control, we enjoy the safety.

I have used an alarm system at my parents house for as long as I can remember, it only made sense that I got an Alarm system for my own house. I have been a customer of Deluxe Alarms for about 3 years and from the start I have had a great experience. I have had to contact the office a few times and most recently I have spoken with Liz who was able to answer all my question. She was very patient and professional. I would recommend Deluxe Alarms to all who are interested in getting an alarm it is a professional and reliable company.

Ms. Fara Fathy handled the request for the installation of an additional key pad and arranged for almost immediate service. We have been with Delux Alarms for over 5 years.

Arista Homes recommended this service and after much research, we went ahead with this company for our Alarm monitoring. We decided to go with the wireless option ($249 for the unit + $10 extra monthly) as we had no use for a residential phone line. So far, we have had great customer service and would recommend this company; Liz has been especially very helpful.

I called Fara at Deluxe Alarms after our 3 yr term was up to discuss a possible change in services. Fara was very helpful in helping me decide which service was suited for my needs. I also enquired about other offers that I had seen in the marketplace and she was able to describe the common loopholes and hidden fees that were associated with these offers....in the end I decided to renew with Deluxe Alarms....it was the best choice especially after the great experience that I had over the previous 3 years!

We initially had the security system installed with Deluxe alarms and just finished a three year term. Service was reliable and technical support was helpful with troubleshooting issues. When we decided to upgrade and add more features to the service, the technicians were both punctual and friendly. We were happy in particular dealing with Fara from customer service as she was polite and responded promptly to our questions about the service change.
