Alarm Monitoring/Installation
Our keypad at home was beeping & we called Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who did some trouble shooting over the phone and discovered that the cause of the beeping was due to a Low Battery. Melinda provided us with the address and hours of operation in order to pick up the Replacement Battery. Melinda also Updated our Pass Card List and new cards will be mailed to us within a few days. Great Customer Service.
