    Alarm System with Deluxe Alarms

    Compete prices have stayed with Deluxe Alarms for 9 years. Always great service and very reliable. My dealings with Fara have been great and she is very understanding considering our situation. Have decided because of the exceptional service they provide to renew my contract for another 4 years. Products they offer are great as well.

    House Alarm System

    We have our house alarm system since day 1 and it has been 10 years+. All through the years, we have had excellent service from Deluxe Alarms, and especially one very helpful lady by the name of Sherisse, who is always polite, helpful, pleasant and friendly to deal with. That's what we call "service with a smile".

    Alarm monitoring

    I have been recently dealing with Deluxe Alarms and the customer service that I received from Amanda Powar was exceptional. She had called back promptly and was able to offer me a stellar deal. If you are shopping for home alarm monitoring and hear advertised prices on the radio that seems low, wait until you call them and find out that the $10 per month they charge is for basic. What if you need to change your windows or need a service tech to come by? Guess what - the other guys charge you, but Deluxe does not!

    Customer Service.

    Today I called Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Amanda Powar in Customer Service for updating banking information. She immediately responded to my request and send me an email with promotional incentive. I am using this service for last two years with issues. I would very much recommend Deluxe Alarms services to my family & friends.

    Alarm

    Had a service request. Spoke to Melinda at Deluxe Alarms Customer Care. Very polite, helpful and answered all my questions. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend this company.

    Deluxe Alarms

    Today I called Deluxe Alarms and spoke with Fara in Customer Service who immediately offered Renewal Options available and sent a follow up confirmation email outlining the details of the Deluxe Alarms Renewal. I would very much recommend Deluxe Alarms services to my family & friends.

    Alarm installation and monioring, Garage Door Opener installation

    I am a new customer to Deluxe Alarm. I have my home alarm system and garage door opener installed to my new home recently and I'm very satisfied with the service I received from them. Due to the unique set up of my garage and my busy schedule, I asked quite a number of specific questions prior to the appointment. Sherisse the customer service representative answered all my questions professionally, made sure my needs are addressed and offered me options that provide better value for money.     Yellow Warning light

    Melinda from customer service walked me through what was wrong with my alarm and was able to quickly identify the issue and get it resolved. I would recommend Deluxe Alarms to any family and friends and will continue to be a loyal customer.

    Alarm systems

    I would like to thank my Representative Fara for helping me through the process of having the battery replaced on my alarm system. The technician arrived within days and accomodated my schedule. I was very happy with the s ervice and will renew with this company again knowing my home and my family are safe.

    Customer service

    I was introduced to a new alarm company and was about to leave Deluxe ,but with the assistance I received from Fara convinced me to stay. I am looking forward to staying with this company.
