    Customer Service

    I spoke with Melinda at Deluxe Alarms Customer Service she was helpful in providing the details in order to Update our Banking Information and provided a follow up email. We are happy with our Deluxe Alarms Services.

    Renewing our Monitoring Rate at a Lower Price

    I would like to thank Melinda for the excellent customer service provided at Deluxe Alarms. She was really nice and friendly and she helped me a lot. Melinda was a good listener and she took time to explain everything and she made sure that I understood everything. Melinda renewed my Monitoring Rate at a Lower Price and she also scheduled a technician to come to our home.

    Bought new home, supplied cable/phone/central vac

    We dealt with this company as part of the agreement with the builder we bought a new home from. Overall we were very happy, with a few low points. As far as the tv, phone and central vac, we dealt with Mary and she was fantastic. Very personable, easy to talk to, knowledgable and understanding to our needs and finances. She worked with us, to try to make for a great experience and for us to walk away happy. The prices were average to good on the products we bought, and when we took into consideration it would be completed for when we moved in, it seemed worth it. The only problems we had were with the customer service for the alarm. It was difficult to get a good response, and once when speaking with them, it seemed as if they were not concerned about helping and making us happy. Further down the road, after speaking with them in person, everything finally got resolved, but it wasn't a great experience prior to that.

    Alarm & monitoring

    Today I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was professional in handling my Deluxe Alarms inquiry to Update Account Information (a difficult task with a new baby)  Melinda immediately tuned in to my needs & offered to email the info and have me return at my convenience to prevent further distress to my child.  Melinda followed up with both a phone call & email within minutes of our call...Thank you Deluxe Alarms

    Deleux Alarms

    I am fairly new with Deluxe Alarms. I don't have any issues with them. I am having the GSM unit but unable to control the system remothly from my Cell phone at this time. When they have this available they will ask for extra charges! Monthly charges are not the most cometitive and contract is very lengthy it is for 5 Years long!!

    house alarm montoring system

    Amanda Powar has been a great help in arranging the time for a installation appointment. The service man came to my house and setup the monitoring system and did a good job, was very nice.

    Installation of full alarm and keypads

    Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Have over 20 zones in my house and the technician hooked everything up properly and all was working like a charm in the end. Highly recommended!

    Home Alarm

    I've been with Deluxe alarms for over 2 years now and am very satisfied with the service. The monitoring station is very prompt in calling when the alarm is triggered and i feel confident that my home is well protected with this service. Their alarm installation was very hassle free and customer service is very prompt and courteous. I spoke to Amanda Powar and she was very courteous and took care of my requirement (certificate for insurance purposes) within 5 minutes! I highly recommend this company for home monitoring. Cheers!

    Wireless Alarm Communicator

    I have been dealing with Melinda in Customer Service at Deluxe Alarms and we have been discussing alternate options if I have disconnected my Landline. I am happy with the Renewal Offer and will have a Wireless Alarm Communicator installed at my home as part of my Deluxe Alarms Renewal.
