I registered to deluxe security system two years ago. They installed the alarm system for me . Once alarm is on the representative in the monitor station will make theb call.Their response speed is very quickly and efficiently. But they do not issue an alarm system certificate that can be used by home insurance company to get some discounts.

I met with Mary to discuss the pre-drywall wiring for our house that's currently being built, including home alarm system, central vac, in-wall speakers, etc. She was attentive and knowledgeable throughout the process and patiently explained the various options, etc. Overall, very satisfied with the experience so far.

I have a deluxe alarm system and am very happy with not only the system but also the customer service. They are always available, the service is impecable. They installed and explained how everything works in detail. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend their services to friends and family as they are a profecional and dedicated company that takes pride in offering their costumers not only a great product but also exellent customer service. Great customer service from Amanda Power of Deluxe Alarm. She provided excellent service to set up appointment for the installation of our home alarm system in our new home. Would highly recommend Deluxe alarm system and monitoring as they are quick and efficient in setting and installing the alarm system, which is exactly what I was looking for in a alarm company.

Very happy with my alarm system. Company was very detailed in installing my system. they did a very neat job & explained the whole system to me on how it works. Service was very pleasent & sales agent (Amanda Powar) explained my purchase very well. She took care of all the small details. This company takes pride in the work & wants to make sure the customer knows how everything works. They just don't install & leave. Highly recommended.

I have had Deluxe Alarm service for past 7 years since we moved to our new house. Recently, with my phone service changed to vonage I had some problem with alarm system. I called Deluxe to cancel the alarm service but thanks to Amanda for an amazing customer service. She was very informative, patience and helped me with the problem and sent a very good technician who was able to fix the problem. And, I decided to keep my alarm service with Deluxe. She help me to find out better location for my required points. Also she explain the benefit for security and central vacuum systems.
