I called Deluxe Alarms to find out if I could get an upgrade to my home alarm system. I spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with Fara. I must say it was a pleasure talking to her, she was polite courtious and was quite informative. I ended up renewing my contract with the company. The upgrade was quite reasonable which includes some essential features which will give an added sense of security to my family Regards Fernando

We contracted and Alarm System, a central vacuum systems and garage door openers from Deluxe Alarms. Amanda Powar has been a real wonderful person to deal with. She always answers her calls and has been really helpful to us. I would recommend Deluxe Alarms to anyone, they in general and Amanda in particular have been really amazing to us.

I recently purchased a home from Countrywide. I had an appointment with Built In Technology for wiring, cabling, security monitoring and other critical equipment for the house. The service I received by the Built In Technology representative was excellent. She provided all the information I needed and everything worked out perfect. I would recommend Built in Technology to anyone who needs such services.

I called Customer Service, Deluxe Alarm, and ask for the service visit. Amanda Pawer provided me with excelenat service. She could answered all my questions withou wasting any of my time, she gave me with options for the servie that I requested and she followed up with me next day. Great service, Amanda!

While deciding to go with a cheaper monitoring system, Melinda advised me of addtional costs to switching and proposed a new lower monthly rate. Melinda in Customer Service then Renewed our Service Agreement at a lower rate and was helpful in discussing Moving Options. Melinda followed up with a confirmation email I am satisfied with the services provided to me from Deluxe Alarms

As there had been a string of robberies in my area, we needed a home alarm system. Deluxe Alarms sent a sales representative right away, and he was informative and knowledgable. He assessed our home, and got us set up right away. The techincian was courteous, quick and polite. The system is easy to use, and we are thrilled with the service.

When it comes to customer service and extra miles, there is no other Alarm companies out there that can beat Deluxe Alarms. Thanks God that my builder Fernbrook had chosen Deluxe as their designated contractor for taking care of the pre-wiring work, as well as installation of alarm system and other technology related products for my new house. Tina Mah, our technology sales consultant, took her time going through my floor plan in every single room, giving us advises and recommendations as to which products to get, where to install the rough-in of which wires for different plugs, making sure we don't miss a thing that we could regret for not doing so in the future. When there was an misunderstanding arised as to which Vacuum system the builder offers for free as part of the purchase agreement, Tina (without me asking) took her initiative to seek for a resolution that favors the customer by getting her manager approval for a real package deal for an upgraded Vacuum system, helping me the customer to receive huge savings. This is what I call the "extra miles". When I have to make changes and/or make additional work orders on wiring/product purchase, Tina would work around my schedule for meeting and process it promptly. So, Deluxe Alarm is definitely your alarm company of choice. My wife an I were very happy about the experience we had with Deluxe. And also Thanks you Tina for taking good care of us. :)

I was getting bombarded by alarm companies over the phone, at the door, on my car’s windshield. I kept telling those that would call or ring, that I already had an alarm system at my home. They tried to sell me with gadgets that I had no need of , eg: camera at the door with monitor, and free installation, good prices, etc. but I had never heard of these companies from anyone I knew, nor from the TV or even the Radio. At this time I had been practically ambushed into agreeing to call them back for an appointment to have their rep. at my home. But before going through with the meeting and having just their selling points I called the alarm company I was already in contract with “DELUXE ALARMS” to find out if they had any good deals to offer. I spoke to Silvana Russo and I told her what I had been offered and she simply asked me what I wanted in an alarm. I told her the prices, and the gadgets that I was offered, I told her I was not interested in cameras but I did want two things, an extra keypad in the garage, and a smoke detector. Silvana Russo made it happen. She even beat the price, I got the keypad, and to boot she even had my old keypad replaced, smoke detector and all at no charge. They even changed the alarm battery for me. Way to go Silvana Russo Mario D.
