    Home Alarm System

    We reviewed and heavily researched the offerings of several alarm companies prior to making our decision. We ultimately proceeded with Deluxe Alarms and are very happy with our choice. This company provides true customer service which is lacking so much in today's market place. Bav was our consultant and actually came to our home and discussed options, explained everything and answered questions. My fiancee and I were able to pick a package that matched our needs and will now have peace of mind... great service! and a secure home. I rarely right reviews but I was honestly completely happy with the whole process and would recommend them to family and friends.

    Deluxe Alarm, Home Alarm System

    My alarm has been active but by choice, I changed telephone subscriber which technically cannot connect to Deluxe Alarm. I talked to Sherisse Prescott and recommended that I use the GSM wireless technology in order for Deluxe Alarm to be alerted when my alarm goes off. She offered me lots of option and made sure that I get the best deal/promotions available to save me some money. Sherisse as a representative of Deluxe Alarm is very professional and helpful. I will surely ask for her whenever I have to deal with Deluxe Alarm.

    Alarm Monitoring

    Our Deluxe Alarms Agreement was up for Renewal and I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who provided  several Renewal Options as well as Lower Monthly Rate, Melinda followed up with an email and phone call to ensure the New Renewal Rate will be effective immediately.  I am happy with my dealings with Deluxe Alarms

    Deluxe alarm system

    I have ordered alarm service from Deluxe Alarms Inc. and they will have somebody on site on Nov 26th, 2011 to have the alarm system installed. I've been talking with Amanda Powar from Deluxe Alarms Inc. and she is very kind to deal with. I am very satified with the serive that they provide.

    Service by phone

    Amanda was very helpful with my concerns I had during my alaram installation. She ensured that everything would work out and helped me arrange the necessary steps to ensure what I needed. Thank you Amanda. Additionally, our alarm was installed without any problems and so far we are happy with the way it is working.

    Home Security Alarm System

    I phoned this morning for service because our alarm system is not working and to adjust the time on the key pad, it is showing the time which is an hour ahead, Amanda Powar answered my call and in a few minutes, she instructed me how to correct the time and also how to fix the main problem which has something to do with the "chimes". I'm very happy that she was very helpful and knowledgeable how to solved the problem. She instructed me what to do over the phone and in a matter of minutes our alarm system was back to normal, as always working fine.

    Alarm

    I met Tina who explained everything clearly, gave me good advice and offered me a good, competitive price. I was impressed by her professionalism yet down to earth and friendly approach. I didn't get the sense I was dealing with a pushy sales person.

    alarm system

    Phone call for service

    We were leaving for vacation and could not find any of our contact cards for Deluxe Alarms which we needed for our emergency contacts. Melinda answered my call and addressed the concern immediately. It was a time sensitive matter that was handled wonderfully. I thank Melinda for making my concerns a priority...that type of customer service is lacking these days...so to receive it was wonderful. Deluxe Alarms is a great company I have been with them for going on 8 years now and they have always helped in a professional and reliable manner. Thank you again!

    Deluxe alarms, Homewave

    The services in this location was very excellent. I was very satisfied with the company. Especially, I really appreciated the halp of Mary and sunny because they are very patient and considerated.
