She answered all my questions and made all the arrangements for the transfer go easy. I would refer family and friends to this company now and in the future. Also pricing and promotions are very good.

Deluxe Alarms is a great service that makes you and your family feel safe in your own home. The process was simple. A Customer Service representative named Melinda was very helpful and understanding to my family's needs. She recommended Key Fobs (Remotes) as part of our Renewal which in turn also lowered our monthly costs. I have been using the services provided by Messrs. Deluxe Alarms in the home where I live together with my wife since 2007 much to my satisfaction. The company is reliable (excellent technical support, very good customer service, excellent feedback from the monitoring station). Besides, the cost of using these services seems to be quite affordable, given my budget. There was not a single moment when the company's associates failed to help.
