Deluxe Alarms installed the alarm monitoring and speaker systems throughout our house. In the past 3 years, we have found that the quality of the materials and installation is excellent. The speakers have no distortion even thought they have been well utlized!! As far as alarm monitoring is concerned, their service is great - when going away on vacation, you can set how long various contact numbers stay valid for which is a time-saver for me since I do not have to contact them upon my return. In discussions with Silvana, we received a great deal when the time came to have our agreement renewal discussion.

Melinda Luckasavitch was great! She was helpful in collecting & updating our Deluxe Alarm account information as well as requesting a new pass card that was sent out immediately. She was very personable and warm, and a pleasure to deal with, a definite plus considering most businesses use automated systems that take an hour to get you through to customer service!....My family & I are very happy with our Deluxe Alarms services; they are quick to respond when the alarm has been set off by us on rare slepy mornings, they were in and out quickly for installation, we have never had an issue, the price is right.... We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable system and company!

Silvana of Delux Alarms was Great and very friendly! I received an upgraded system at no charge and the monthly service charge was reduced. Silvana was able to answer questons as was prompt in getting back to me with answers to questions that she had to look into.

I am very satisfied with the service and product I received through Deluxe Alarms. Amanda Powar was extremely patient when answering my questions, and was alway prompt with the replies. She was also very thorough when answering my questions. Overall, it was great purchasing experience, and I am very happy with the service and product I received.
