Deluxe Alarms has worked with us on our new house in Oakville. They completed all our pre wiring for alarms, television and internet in one visit. You need to think through telephone, internet and TV locations before you arrange for the pre wiring visit. After a small glitch on our install date, I received excellent service from Amanda in setting up a new date and assisitance in completion of the contract terms. Prices quoted are what you pay. No hidden agenda and if you have questions they provide clear anwers. Their service staff do an great job.

We moved to our new house in November 2006 and already had Deluxe Alarm installed. It has been a very good decision as we have peace of mind whenever we leave the house unattended. Deluxe Alarms is there to protect our home. Today I remembered that the information on emergency contact numbers may no longer be updated. During lunch break at the office, I immediately called Deluxe Alarms office and Melinda was pleasant and patient in confirming and updating our contact information on their file and system. She immediately forwarded my office and cell phone number changes to their Administration Dept. I highly recommend Deluxe Alarms.

She has answered all our questions and offered additional services that we can purchase. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with such a professional for all our needs.

In regards to their customer service and my experience in dealing with them, I am very satisfied as I had to retrieve my contract from Deluxe Alarms and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and prompt in getting back to me, and they explained the details of the contract agreement so I understood exactly what it covers.

I have been with deluxe alarms for the past 5 years and have been completely satisfied with everything from the customer service to the 24 hour monitoring and service. Silvana Russo was the person I dealt with and she was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgable and professional. It is my opinion that you can have a great alram company but you must also have professionals like Silvana to answer questions and accomodate customers as best they can. Overall, I am confident that I made the right choice by leaving the safety of my family in the hands of Deluxe Alarms.
