I have been using Deluxe Alarm System for 5 years. It is reliable and the control centre is also very helpful. The current service contract is going to expire soon and I have decided to get it renewed. Silvana & Melinda of Deluxe Alarm System were helping me on the renewal of this contact. They provide me with a number of options and suggest me not to use VoIP phone with any alarm system. They understand what I need and provide me with the right solution. Besides that a technican is going to check my alarm system and replace the backup battery in my home before the contract is renewed.

We have been with Deluxe for over 6 years and have been very satisfied due to Silvana's excellent customer service. Deluxe is always available to us and if we were to move they would be moving with us.

I had Delux Alarms take care of my garage door opener, built in home theatre, alarm, central vac and other things. The experience was amazing. They recommended very good products. The installers came on time and finished all the work. They didn't leave any mess after themselves. You would probably understand what I mean. I had furniture delivered to me a few days ago and house was a mess. Delux guys cleaned after they finished. I had a minor issue with the vacuum cleaner. They attended the next day in the morning and had it sorted out. I dealt with Jackie first and then with Amanda. Both girls were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. They returned my calls the same day and that's when I left the message. Most of the time I was able to get Amanda on the phone right away, which is very unusual from my experience.

Amanda Powar from deluxe alarms inc set up with a house alarm for our new home, she was very helpful and informative, she explained to us what a great benefit it was having a house alarm to protect or property and family and that its a piece of mind knowing someone is looking after our home even if we are not there, i would recommend her services to anyone interested in getting a house alarm

Originally, I read reviews elsewhere on the internet and I addressed the contract term with Leo (who we originally met with through our builder) as we had concerns about the wording on the contract. The 5 year was crossed off and adjusted to what we were told. From that point on, -+Amanda at Deluxe Alarms assisted us with our alarm set up. She was courteous and friendly. It took two calls and/or emails at times to get a response, but once I did, my questions were answered and she was extremely friendly and patient with me. The technician came in and set up our alarm. He answered my questions when we were going over the alarm. The only downside was that there was a small mess from drilling that wasn't cleaned up. It's a small detail, but overall the alarm is set up and we haven't had any issues yet. Even when our telephone provider was experiencing issues in the area, Deluxe Alarms contacted me on my alternate number to make sure that I was aware of the issue. Overall, they did (and are doing) the job for us.

I am very happy with the work done by the Deluxe contractor at my house. He did not rush the job and took his time to explain and hook up everything to our satisfaction.
