We were very happy with Monster's service over the past few winters. Our busy church property must be kept clear of snow and ice for our daily patrons, as there is a daycare facility as well as multiple church services during the week and weekend. We have lots of walkways and sidewalks surrounding our property which we are responsible to maintain, and prior to hiring Monster the previous company did not do a very good job. We decided to make the switch, and although the price was higher, the quality of their initial presentation convinced our staff that their service was worth the extra investment. the Monster crews did an excellent job keeping all of our walks wide open. The diagram they presented of the property included areas which they would keep clear along with where they would pile the snow. We got to know the guys who were responsible for our church, they were very courteous and would never accept our offers of hot coffee, even when the weather was at its worst. They used a snowblower to clear the walkways, which was great, and a truck to plow the driveways and our parking areas. There were a few problems with parked cars blocking access to our driveway a few times, and if they couldn't get the truck in to plow (not their fault), they would return if called which was very convenient. I generally maintained contact with Samantha their main office contact person va email, and she replied to my requests almost immediately. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service, and will definitely continue our relationship with Monster. I do absolutely recommend this company, especially if you are used to substandard snow services from other companies.
