Andrew was extremely professional and diligent with the selection/design, purchase and installation of my new front doors. His expertise were extremely helpful when I began the process of designing my new front doors. He is very accessible by email and phone. His team (suppliers and installers) were also very professional and easy to work with. The beautiful doors add so much beauty to my home and my neighbours love them! I highly recommend Andrew for your front door!

Andrew is fantastic. He totally cares about the little things which transpires throughout his work. We had a break-in and Andrew came to our rescue. He made time to come in that very evening and fixed the door and frame so that my family could feel safe and still use our door. Then he came back and took us through the process of selecting our door and side lights (4 point locking system A++++). His knowledge and expertise was very helpful without any pressure . He gave us a very reasonable quote for a really great door and locking system with inserts and time to make our selection which we totally loved. His custom ironwork is totally awesome, no weld marks - all machine cut to perfection. Finally the installation of the final door was both timely and meticulously done. BRAVO. We recommend Andrew big time.

Due to Andrew's great reviews, I contacted him to install wrought iron window door inserts. He was very quick in responding to my quote request and even went a step further to give me a better understanding of the product and the options I had for the window on my door with very reasonable pricing. Installation was quick and timely - Andrew did a great job and even helped fixed our door! With his amazing service, I would definitely contact him again for future work.

Lusso Design is a company that offers products and services that matter most to its customers – the curb appeal, well priced, skilled and high quality workmanship, attention to detail and to customers’ needs, and the peace of mind in after sale service. I had been looking for a front door insert that would stand out in the neighbourhood for quite some time. But I shied away many times from door sales people who only seem to be interested in pushing for high priced doors. When I came across Andrew’s work at a design blog I regularly follow, I knew Lusso Glass has the design and quality of workmanship I’m looking for. At the initial consultation, Andrew explained various options for inserts and doors, and the extra touches he puts in to finish a door and the hardware even if he is only installing an insert. Never once did he try to steer me towards high priced options. In fact, Andrew recommended the most economic option. Maybe because I didn’t feel pressured and Andrew’s prices on custom designed doors are very good compared to mass market doors, I eventually decided to upgrade to a fiberglass replacement door, due to limited colour choices in steel doors. I’m glad I did. The wood grain and stain of the fiberglass door nicely complement the ironwork. Although I wanted a door that is different from the neighbours’, I didn’t have any design in mind or knew anything about wrought iron work. From Andrew’s extensive collection of design sketches and previous installations, Andrew helped piece together a unique insert design from a couple inspirational designs. He patiently worked with me through a number of revisions to create the perfect balance and scale across the door insert and the sidelights. Post installation, Andrew was responsive and proactive in making adjustments and fixing issues I didn’t notice. Andrew also went out of his way to get me a patio door from a supplier he never worked with. Andrew, working with you has been a wonderful collaborative and educational experience. Last year in fall, we had Andrew design our custom door insert and house lettering. From the very beginning, Andrew was professional and so helpful in guiding us through the selection of the insert that will look best for our home. Andrew installed a script address for me a couple of years back and I knew when I decided to replace my front door that he would be my first call.
