Andrew from Lusso Glass was very professional and courteous. He did a great job installing our door insert and went above and beyond to ensure our doors were aligned properly and even changed one rusted hinge that was damaged. I would use his services again and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

My experience of dealing with Andrew from Lusso Design was pleasant right from the start. Andrew was very good in explaining to us the different options for door inserts and guided us to make the right decision. When we placed the order for installation he arrived on time and finished on time with a perfect job. He even adjusted our backyard door on his own ! Andrew is amazing! We found him on Homestars and were impressed with the number of reviews and the overall rating. He has immaculate attention to the last detail and will continue fine tuning every aspect until he is satisfied. He keeps full control of entire process from the first sketch of the door insert to final touch ups on the complete door. and we never heard of a contractor who steps by a week after just to check if everything is alright. We will not think twice to recumbent Andrew! Keep up with awesome job buddy!!!

Andrew has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us customize our door to include personal elements, and made sure we were happy with the results. The installation went very smoothly, and he did a great job keeping things tidy and as warm as possible given that he did the install on a super cold day (as per our request; we wanted the door ASAP since we loved it so much!). He was also kind enough to help out with a few other small requests with regards to weather striping, new handles, etc. We've recommended him to several of our friends because of how pleased we are with his work. And, if we ever decide to do anything similar again, we will go to him first.

Andrew was great to work with. Was able to get me inserts for a great price and the same week. Easy to book and the product was exactly what we wanted. Looks great and he also fixed our door so it shut better and tighten all the screws for us. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended.. has lots of design to choose from...excellent workmanship... fixes other related things too which are not included in the cost....does not try to oversell..would hire again for the next project

Andrew is passionate about his work and craftsmanship. He worked with us to create a customized glass for a new front door and full side light, as well as a new script address. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Lusso Glass.

First of all it's quite difficult to find someone that just changes the glass insert of a door, so we're so happy to find Andrew & his company! He gave us detailed options and the replacement was done very fast! We would definitely hire him again and recommend him!
