    Home Alarm system, Vacuum System, Garage Door Opener and Electrical Line

    We recently purchased a new home and wanted information on getting alarm system. We met with Angela Gontier from Grand Alarms. She was very helpful and answered all our questions regarding the alarm system, vacuum system, garage door opener and electrical lines… She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the meeting very comfortable and was very easy to talk with. We are super happy that we choose Grand Alarm.

    Reprogram Alarm System

    As a result of the storm in the GTA last week we lost services to our house. One of which was our alarm system. We contacted the Grand Alarms and spoke with Bav who diagnosed and tried to fix the problem over the phone. He determined that he needed to send a technician so he booked an appointment for the following day. The technician, Mark, contacted us about 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment to advise that he would be there at 1:00pm as booked which was very professional. We have been dealing with Grand Alarms for the past 7 years. All dealings to date with their staff Silvana, Bav, Mark, and Raj have been to our complete satisfaction.

    Grand Alarms

    Grand Alarms is a really good alarm service, i was given them by my parents who have had grand alarms for over 5 years, they had nothing but good comments about them. when i did my research within alram companys i found grand alrams to be one of the cheapest out there, there customer serive department has shown very good communication skills within there clients, i am very satififed with them and I will not consider going to another company.

    Changing land line service from Rogers to VOIP

    Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service about recently changing landline service to VoIP Internet service. Melinda promptly emailed the VoIP Internet Settings so that I can call the VoIP Provider to make sure compatible with alarm monitoring. Melinda also scheduled for Service Technician to come to my house to adjust the VoIP Internet Modem to ensure the Alarm Signal is received by the Monitoring Station

    Grand Alarms - Alarm Service

    I Wrote a review Before and I feel I havent presented it right. So im doing it again - I got Alarm services from grand alarms and phone service from Vonage. my alarm system communicated with Vonage and recently there seemed to be a problem. A caution light is turned on (not Hazard light as i mentioned before.) on the alarm systems. I spoke to customer service of grand alarms and with Vonage phone. But when I called Grand alarm and spoke to Amanda. She is a nice lady who provided me with a solution. She scheduled for a technician to visit my house . I Hope my problem gets solved when technicain visits my place. I really like d the way I got support and services when I needed them Thank you.. santhoshi

    Alarm Service

    My husband spoke to Melinda at Grand Alarm regarding replacing a window contact which wasn't working. She offered to send a technician out to the house to replace the window contact the following day. When we told Melinda we hadn't been using our alarm she wanted to correct that right away & she immediately offered a Renewal Option Video Intercom to be installed at our home along with the window contact, & Melinda lowered our monthly monitoring rate. We are very happy with Grand Alarms.

    Alarm system

    We had replaced our front door so we needed Grand Alarms to come and re-install the magnetic alarm and motion. I spoke to Fara Fathy who was absolutely terrific and knowledgeable. She was able to re-new my existing contract with a lower monthly payment and included the video tele-door intercom. It is so nice to finally speak to a customer service rep Fara Fathy that is pleasant and wasn't annoyd by my questions. Thanks again Fara!

    Home Security Alarm System

    Amanda Powar was the worker who helped us set our alarm system. She was extremely efficient and answered all my questions without hesitation. She gave us a really great deal where we could afford it. Amanda took care of our problems very quickly and in very polite and respectful attitude. Her service was really great and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better person!!

    Renewal of Contract and Instulation of new products

    Home Alarm Monitoring

    Everyone at Grand Alarms has been great. Service was on time and as described. Whenever I have called in for questions, their customer service representatives, especially Amanda, are always attentive and willing to help.
