Grand Alarms just put new system in my house - great Job! Needed an Insurance certificate so I spoke to Melinda Luckasavitch regarding this. She responded quickly so that I could get my discount applied. I feel secure with Grand Alarms....

I brought a new home few months ago. The new home package included an alarm system, telecom and network wiring, and ceiling speaker installation services. The designated supplier was Grand Alarms. Initially I was not sure about how the quality of service would turn out since it would be performed by a designated contractor. It was such a nice surprise. The appointment booking was smooth and on the date that I asked. The draftsmen were on-time. They were polite and did a great job. Before they left, they carefully demonstrated how things should operate as well as gave some practice advice. It was one of the happy experiences that I would like to share with someone who might be interested in looking for services in these matters.

It is a really good company, and I suggest it for other people. The staff who work there are very patient and I want to give all the credit to Amanda, she is a great helper. I feel very safe when I have my Alarm sistem.
