I recently had a new front door installed and realized at the last minute that I would need to have my alarm company send a technician to reinstall the contact for the new door. I called Grand Alarms and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch who was so helpful in scheduling a technician to come to my house. Despite the short notice.she was able to coordiante the technician to arrive while the door was being installed which was my request.. Melinda even followed up with a phone call to ensure my satisfaction, not only with the job but also with the new door.
