    Grand Alarm Service

    Wow what an experience!! Doorbell simply doesn’t work. Motion sensor goes off every five minutes. Called them many times and I keep getting ignored. Only time I got their full attention when they wanted to bill me. Indoor motion sensor was installed by them in a wrong place. And they charged me to install another one in the right place. Regret going with them

    Security system

    I have a very bad experience with them, the sales representative didn’t appreciate the customer problem, although I try to find another solution, but unfortunately she make any solution complicated because just she want me to pay a monthly cost, or she want me to pay the cost for 3 years in advance. This company want a money every month even if that is not good for their client. Finally, i wanted to meet a manager, and i will see.

    Alarm service

    I contacted grand alarms to advise of our upcoming vacation and the customer service was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and we appreciate the support. We would highly recommend grand alarms.

    Home alarm

    The lady I was speaking to regarding my door bell camera was a lot of help! She went step by step to help me re-connect the camera. Very good custamer service.

    Efficiency

    The Door Bell Camara makes my Family feel very Safe

    Our neighborhood has had several breakins and deliveries that have been taken. Having a video DoorBell makes our family feel safe. It's very professional and patient staff. It's nice to have People who care about our safety.

    Home Alarm

    Great customer service. Any time I call I get someone professional on the other end of the line. Any issues get addressed immediately. They have a great call centre that is easy to speak to someone.

    New home alarm & other installations professionally done

    The staff at Grand Alarms are always professional when communicating via phone or email. They followed up on my new home purchase before closing to arrange the install appointment and sent courtesy reminders. The installers were quick and efficent!

    Service

    I've been a Grand Alarm customer for 15 years in 2 homes, 12 years in the first and just over 4 in the second. I chose them for my second home due to the experience i had in the first. their service is top notch and after some initial set up issues which were resolved quickly I am extremely satisfied with both the monitoring and service in our second home.

    Alarm Monitoring Service

    Grand Alarms provide an excellent service in monitoring our house. They will call us to check on us to make sure everything is alright whenever the house alarm goes off. We feel very secure with the service provided by Grand Alarms. An excellent customer service as well.
