    Home alarm system

    I would highly recommend! Great experience all the way through with them! The representative in the initial consultation was very knowledgeable. The installer was friendly and professional. And when I called customer service after to get assistance with the app for my phone, the gentleman I dealt with was extremely patient and helpful. Natasha was very easy to communicate with and made the whole process feel like we were her most important customers!

    Home alarm service

    Grand alarm has exceptional service. Whenever I need something, they are quick to respond via email or phone. I don’t have any negative comments to say about this company. I highly recommend them.

    Low Battery Error messages - Great response

    We have been with Grand Alarms for 7 years now and we have never really had any issues with their products. We upgraded to their wireless sensors system with no issues as well... I recently called them because i was getting error messages on my control panel regarding Low-battery life on some of my sensors. They scheduled a tech to come in 1 1/2 days later, tech arrived on time, good communications and replaced/serviced all my sensors. Very happy with their service and products!!

    Raj the Tech support person provided solutions. I had my panel was blank and I called three times to have resolved but it was Tech department was able to help.

    Amazing service! Knowledgeable staff

    Elizabeth and staff were professional , patient & knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She offered me many options at different price ranges, to ensure I was comfortable with my decision. Installation was quick and professional. The setup of equipment and app was easy and seem less. I would highly recommended GRAND ALARMS. **ask for Elizabeth ** !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Washer dryer

    The Service man we have had so far has been excellent. Well knowledgeable. The monitoring station is hard to get through too though. Aside from that they are prompt to call when alarm sounds or shows trouble. Recvimmend them

    Home Alarm Install

    Grand Alarms installed a security system in my house with a smart lock and door bell camera. The installer was extremely professional. The support staff were very helpful and very courteous. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms to anybody looking for a home security system.

    Alarm upgrade

    Rogers disconnected my monitoring line. I emailed support and they asked me to run few tests, to confirm I was given option on how to proceed and asked for a quote on the upgrade. They quoted $0 from me but needs a term extension. Went with the upgrade that will be done this week

    Zero after hours support

    The system we have has been beeping all weekend day and night and there is no way to reach Grand Alarms during the weekend hours at all. So no on slept in my house all weekend. Their system has done this before. They have no customer support at all. Choose another company.
