I have been a loyal client to grand alarms since 2006, never disappointed. Spoke to Fara at Grand Alarms and she helped protect my parents home through Grand Alarms latest products. A big thank you to Fara and Grand Alarms for your services!!!

Have been having a lot of problems getting a hold of anyone in any department to address our questions. Would not recommend

Grand Alarm system is providing security system at my Home since last two years; I wanted to upgrade my Security system to GSM system to have more secure system ; I called Grand alarm and talked with FARA; she helped me to choose system which is suitable to my application and she offered me the free upgrade with three years contract extension; I am happy with Grand alarm system and their services; and had great Customer service by FARA in upgrading my system to GSM; and service was quick done within 24 hours;

One of my alarm contacts was disconnected and Grand Alarms sent someone out the next day to troubleshoot and fix it. Customer service from Amada P. was great. The service technician was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to renew my contract with Grand Alarms.

I signed a 5-year Contract with Grand Alarms for a free installation of alarm system for the whole house. When I sold the house I called to cancel the services, They were ask me to pay the amount for rest of the term or transfer for anyone. I choose second option. Ms.Fara Fathy was my sales rep. She understood my issue and gave me good option. I am happy about her service. Keep it up Fara!

I have been with Grand Alarms for 4 years now and am pleased with the product and service. Fara is very helpful in answering questions. When changing my front doors, the security connect was removed and not replaced by the front door installers. When I discovered this, I called Grand Alarms right away (approximately 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon) and they sent out a service man who arrived at about 6:30 pm that same day to re-install the front door connection. He also checked the entire system while he was there. I was very happy with the prompt response.

Called to cancel as I no longer want the service after paying them thousands of Dollars over 10 years+ plus. They said they need 90 days to cancel my subscription which Obviously their way to squeeze another 3 months fees. Fast forward the 3 months they did withdraw the subscription again and when I called they tried to give the run around again, was promised a refund, we'll see if they deliver

Grand alarms staff's are very helpful. i had Grand alarms for last 3 years and i just called grand alarms and i talked to Melinda to renew my contract. She really nice and very helpful and she has convinced me to stay with grand alarms. therefore i will continue to stay with Grand alarms i'm telling you everybody talk to Melinda @ Grand alarms!!

He was very professional and answered all my questions. It has been over a year since the installation and everything is still working good!

My wife and I were looking for a home alarm system. After calling various companies and reviewing different options we concluded that Gran Alarms offered the best price and best option that suited our needs. Fara the sales rep did a great job responding all the questions we had (we had a lot of questions) and provided very good technical recommendations. The technical rep did a good job installing all the equipment, There was a mishap with the sensibility of a motion sensor (we have a cat), but Fara quickly responded to our queries and got it resolved. We were surprised how quickly it was resolved. We are very happy with Grand Alarms and the work that Fara did for us. Thanks !
