Grand Alarms is the company to set up the telephone and TV wires for our new house. We had 2 appointments with Amy Lai @Grand Alarms this week. She's very professional and able to answer all the questions we had in a very good manner. She's not pushy at all and let us decide on our own whether we want their alarm service/vacuum......etc or not. After a discussion with my husband, we decided to go for the alarm security and looking forward to live in our new house with it. Thanks Amy!!!

Grand alarms wired my home with a security system and installed a video intercom system. The customer service manager I dealt with, Bav Patel, was amazing. He walked me through the entire process, answered any questions we had and was very accommodating. Even weeks months after the installation was complete he was readily and promptly available to answer questions and rectify issues we encountered. I just closed my new house in Georgetown, and I had a lot of questions regarding the alarm system. Grand alarm is a trusted name in home security. I have been a client since last April. Tech are professional. I am very pleased with one of customer service rep named Sherisse. She answered my question patiently, even sometime I couldn't express myself clearly, she still act in her best professional way. Definitely recommend to my friends! keep good work you guys !

For my new home electrical needs, garage door and home alarm Mary Spadfina (from Build in Technology ) helped me to find the right locations of cable outlets and select the appropriate choices. Her expertise and knowledge was very beneficial for me. I have received enough time to think over and made a right choices. I am really thankful to Mary Spadafina for helping me out and guiding me properly through the process of making technical decisions about my new home. She was very helpful, explained all aspects in detail and discussed the pros and cons of every thing. i am very satisfied with my meeting with her.

Totally disorganized. Sales person very pushy on alarm but held firm to decline. Lots of other, better options out there. As far as placement of cable and phone outlets, what a total waste in some cases and continually pushing for more outlets. In some cases, outlets have been installed on the wrong walls. In other cases, neither the builder or Grand Alarm notified us that there was no power near the cable outlet. One or the other should have been relocated. Horrendous customer service when you call in for a question to be answered. Can take weeks of follow up to eventually get a call back.

We got Grand alarm to come out and install the alarm system in our new home. They had worked with the builder to provision cabling of all the windows and doors on the main floor. Nice clean job for GSM installation. Only issue was the Cat 5 cable they put was breaking and chaffed from both ends and pretty useless.

we set up a new home alarm system, Tech was very professional & friendly, customer service was excellent, Customer's rep " Amanda Powar" handled all inquiries professionally and had good knowledge. Thanks.
