Mary helped us out with the alarm system and all the wiring for our first new home. She advised us as to which products would best suit our needs for our future in our home. She came off as friendly and approachable, and made herself available to us for any future questions. Our first meeting was two hours and it flew by. We never felt pressured to buy anything, and didn't feel like we were being sold. We are very happy with the service we received today, and would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Called Grand Alarms after reading positive reviews on Homestars. The reviews wee accurate. Bav was quick to return calls and accommodated my install time. Installer was prompt, did a thorough job, explained the system. Pricing is very competitive.

We installed the home security system last November. The systme works well, which give us security and a peaciful mind. The technician was professional, knowledgable and patient to explain how the systme works. Amanda Apowar was friendly and very helpful.
