I called grand alarm customer service and Melinda Luckasavitch representative of grand alarm company help me a lot to set up my home security service. her knowledge is outstanding. she knows every product in detail. her service is excellent.

Very satistfyied with their service, they installed my alarm with great quality of work, efficient and great attitude towards work. After installation they have walked me through how to use the alarm. It was really hassle free! I recommend them.

Service was great . We recently purchased a home with countrywide homes and we had our pre wiring selection meeting with grand alarms our consultant Mary guided us with selecting cableing. She was very informative and took the time to ensure that our wants and expectations were met .

one year and half when we first signed the agreement , the representative assured us that it would be a 3 year contract and now realizing they put us in a 5 years contract which cannot get canceled unless we pay for the entire 5 years in advance!

I went to Built In Technology to get my alarm security system for my house. Spoke to Mary Spadafina and she is very helpful, She is very patient and she explained all the details. for example, where is the best places to put the motion detector, etc. She answered all my question, help me find the right package for the right budget. I am happy with the customer services.
