I called the service desk and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch after receiving a message from the monitoring station advising me that they received a low battery signal. Melinda provided me excellent support zeroing in on which piece of security equipment required battery replacement. Melinda outlined the various options I had to obtain the replacement battery and was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. It was a rare pleasure obtaining this high level of service. Thank you Melinda.

I signed up with Grand Alarms when I purchased my home at brampton. I found Amanda from grand alarms is very polite,friendly and helpful especially arranging my installation dates. Their price is very reasonable for any homeowner as compared to other home alarm providers. I am happy to recommend Grand alarms to anyone.

We had a great experience with Grand Alarms. The day before our installation date we received a phone call from Amanda Powar. She was very friendly and helped set up the logistics of the system. The next day we had the installation man named Gill. He was friendly and professional, and did the job quickly and easily. Though a minor issue with the alarm system occurred when he left the house. We called Grand Alarms and Gill came back right away (literally 5 minutes) to fix it back up. Excellent service. Thanks Grand Alarms.
