I called the service desk and spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch after receiving a message from the monitoring station advising me that they received a low battery signal. Melinda provided me excellent support zeroing in on which piece of security equipment required battery replacement. Melinda outlined the various options I had to obtain the replacement battery and was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. It was a rare pleasure obtaining this high level of service.
