This company never gave me a problem. I am satisfied because when a problem occurs I get help right away. Also customer sevice are very understanding when a problem occurs they always have the right answer. The customer service that I dealt with today July 21 2012, her name is Sherise she was great.

I called Grand Alarms to update our Banking Information on our Account and Melinda in Customer Service provided a Fax Number to send the updated information, as well she offered to to update the pass card record to reflect my new married name along with Congratulations. Melinda was incredibly helpful and professional and she also followed up to let me know she had received my voice cheque successfully via fax. Great customer service!!!

I am extremely pleased with the professional service i received from agent name Amanda. I've been with grand alarm since oct 2009. This month i had replaced my living windows which grand alarm agreed to install wireless contacts for free. If i continue to have this type of service then i may reconsiderrenewing my contract. I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service regarding Renewal Options and she offered a GSM Wireless Alarm Communicator as part of our Renewal as we would like to disconnect our Landline which currently sends the signal to the Monitoring Station. I am happy to continue with our Grand Alarms services and would recommend their services to family and friends .
