    grand alarm

    This company never gave me a problem. I am satisfied because when a problem occurs I get help right away. Also customer sevice are very understanding when a problem occurs they always have the right answer. The customer service that I dealt with today July 21 2012, her name is Sherise she was great.

    Customer Service

    I called Grand Alarms to update our Banking Information on our Account and Melinda in Customer Service provided a Fax Number to send the updated information, as well she offered to to update the pass card record to reflect my new married name along with Congratulations. Melinda was incredibly helpful and professional and she also followed up to let me know she had received my voice cheque successfully via fax. Great customer service!!!

    Alarm System Monitoring

    Superb service!!!! This is a company you could rely on with the monitoring and protection of one of the most valuable possessions. Your Home. Customer service representative Crystle Vella has been incredible to interact with. Her knowledge and well-trained assistance are much appreciated (she was able to understand my concerns/questions and provide the right solution/options to my specific situation) .     home alarm system

    Amazing Customer Service

    The customer service at Grand Alarms Ltd. was superb and far exceeded my expectations. Mary was attentive and helped me choose the right alarm for my home and I know that my family will be safe. They are reliable and very reasonably priced, with no gimmics or hidden costs. The customer service was very good and I am very impressed with this company. Thank you!

    Home Security System

    Customer Service

    I called Grand Alarms today to discuss having tenants move into my home and the transfer of the alarm system to them. I spoke with Melinda in customer service she thoroughly explained how to update the account information and she provided an email to follow up if I hae any additional questions. Overall my experience was great and I am very happy to recommend Grand Alarms services to my family and friends.

    home alarm

    I am extremely pleased with the professional service i received from agent name Amanda. I've been with grand alarm since oct 2009. This month i had replaced my living windows which grand alarm agreed to install wireless contacts for free. If i continue to have this type of service then i may reconsiderrenewing my contract. Great service, no complaints. I would recommend to others....

    GSM Wireless Alarm

    I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service regarding Renewal Options and she offered a GSM Wireless Alarm Communicator as part of our Renewal as we would like to disconnect our Landline which currently sends the signal to the Monitoring Station. I am happy to continue with our Grand Alarms services and would recommend their services to family and friends .

    Grand Alarms Home Monitoring System
