We have had our home protected by Grand Alarms for the past four years. Right from the beginning when we walked into the office to set up the system we were greeted with a warm friendly smile and excelllent customer service. The technician that came to our home to install the system was very knowledgeable and installed the wiring very cleanly. We now need a medical alert system and the customer service representative, Amanda Powar, was extremely helpful in explaining the service and setting up the appointment to have it installed. We highly recommend Grand Alarms to anyone thinking to install an alarm.

Our home monitoring has been with Grand Alarms since we purchased our home from the builder. I have been considering my monitoring options since our contract has expired. I spoke with Melinda from Customer Service about options. She was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through their current hardware & service promotional items and I was able to get a lower monthly monitoring rate. In the end I decided to stay with Grand Alarms. Thanks Melinda.

Our experience with Grand Alarms has been very positive. We have a new home and they were selected by the builder. Mary, our consultant, had a great personality and worked patiently with us. She walked us through our options in terms of what was available, possible upgrades, etc. She was very professional and we really felt that she knew what she was talking about. She gave us good and honest advice and we walked away feeling very good about our selections. We have not moved in as yet but expect based on our first impression for the ongoing customer service to be as good.

We would like to thank Grand Alarms for their good services provided for my garage door opener installation. Amanda from scheduling department noticed that we didn't have garage door auto opener planned and scheduled when she scheduled the security alarms and central vacumm for my new home, she gave me very good advice and have it in agenda and scheduled. Within a week, We got it installed before Christmas. We no longer need to open the garage door manually. The technican who installed it is also very professional and patient. He answered many of our questions. We are happy with the service.

My experience with Grand Alarms was great. First, Mary in Sales department was very professional and patient during our two visits to plan cabling & security alarm & central vacume systems for my new home. She gave us many good advice regarding what to install and where to install. Amanda who scheduled the installation of security alarm & central vacume systems for my new home is great. She is very friendly and helpful. She helped to set up garage door opener order that we didn't planned, and gave me good advice about which belt to choose. The technician who did security system installation was excellent. Besides the installation of senors and wires, he answered many of my questions and taught how to use the system. Overall, I am very happy with the services so far.

We moved into a new house and the builder had short-listed this company to work with their home buyers. We had a very good experience during the initial meetings at the sales office. The lady that helped us, Tina, was very professional, explained all the options and there was no pressure. So good job. When we called in to get everything set up, we spoke to Amanda, again really good at her job and very helpful. She set everything up for us promptly and told us all the steps in the process. We had to call back a couple of times and every time she was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was with the installer that actually came to do the install. He tracked mud through out the house and we had to ask him to remove his shoes twice, on separate occasions. We eventually called Amanda again, who spoke to the supervisor immediately and get everything sorted out. The rest of the installation was done well and the products look good. All in all, happy with the service, and think it was a good idea to get it done now vs. later.

I had a very good experience with Grand Alarms, i received a flyer and called for more information, spoke with a rep. and was very satisfied with how i was fully presented with their products, ordered garage door opener, vacuum and my alarm system. Fara gave me a good deal and emailed me the contracts and everything was done efficiently just like that. Installers were professional. I highly recommend Grand Alarms. Good job Fara.
