Amanda Powar at Grand Alarms is the best representative! She is courteous and friendly, and VERY helpful in providing answers to the questions I had and worked very hard to accommodate my schedule so I can be present at the scheduled alarm installation. Amanda also provided information about the sales that were offered by Grand Alarms during the period and I was able to take advantage of the well timed sales and had Grand Alarms scheduled to complete the different services at my new home in one convenient day! I recently purchased a home from Countrywide (my builder). I had an appointment with Grand Alarms for the home alarm system. The service I received by Mary (Grand Alarms representative) was truly excellent. She provided all the information I needed and everything worked out perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome Company. So far very Satisfied. Good service and what you get compared to other companies you cant beat. The price is great as well. Friendly and very helpful. Response time is good as well. Quality equipment and well trained technicians to assist with technical matters. Clean installation as well. Would highly recommmend.

We too, got this company from the builder and they seem to know what they are doing or at least what they are selling however, after the sale experience was not the best. The reason for that is that wen i contacted Angela (twice) about getting information about additional charge and how to use the equipment, she NEVER called me back (i left two messages). You'd think they would continue providing service after you are contracted with them for 5 years...i had to wait and wait and then contacted the general line since Angela does not bother with calling back (poor customer service, at least transfer my voicemail to someone who would call me back). For that reason, i do not think i would want to stay with them after the 5 years contract is over.

Melinda in Customer Service was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to have a Grand Alarms Service Technician come to our home to install contacts on a new window we recently had installed. Grand Alarms answered all my questions and were very accommodating and helpful. I am glad we switched to Grand Alarms from our previous security provider.
