Very easy to work with. They finished on time and on budget. There was some paint damage from the work and they deducted the cost of having it repaired from the quote-no problem.

Manny Oliviera of GreenStream responded promptly to a request for an estimate to undertake asbestos removal of plaster walls and ceilings and general interior demolition in a home in Toronto. As one of four companies to quote on this job, his detailed estimate was, by far, the most professional. After deciding to engage GreenStream, Manny quickly arranged the logistics and work was underway within a few days. The demolition crew, ably lead by site supervisor Edision, set up all of the asbestos containment requirements and commenced work in accordance with Ministry of Labour requirements. Over a period of several days from start to finish, Edison and his crew arrived promptly every morning and left in the late afternoon after ensuring that the exterior of the site was clean and tidy. They were sensitive to the impact of their work on the adjacent neighbours. Engaging the GreenStream team was one of the best decisions we have made with respect to this major residential renovation project.

I was extremely impressed by Greenstream. I dealt with Manny and he was able to come inspect the job site on the same day and had his crew on-site performing the remediation two days later. They completed a large volume of work quickly and finished ahead of schedule. During the remediation the work site was left in a clean and orderly fashion each evening and all of the workers conducted themselves professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenstream to anyone who is in need of mold or asbestos remediation, as they provide a superior service at very reasonable rates.

Manny was referred to me by the mold specialist we hired to come inspect our new home. Manny showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment with his team of 3 guys, and he walked me through the details on how they would approach the job, and their plan of attack. The team, led by Jose, was very professional, and they took care to lay tarps and create curtain barriers to contain the construction. They left everything as clean as when they arrived. The team got the job done in a day's work, and all went smoothly! I would recommend GreenStream to anyone who has mold issues in their home.

We had just purchased our first house and had some material samples tested for asbestos. Turned out that our living room ceiling tested positive for the stuff and I wanted it gone. Manny, Ighor and his crew were excellent. Not only were response times quick, but they described the process in detail over the phone and emailed us a thorough overview of the work to be completed along with a reasonable price quote. They also booked a time to complete the work within the week after our initial consultation. They even took some photos as they worked to document the process for us. They did a fantastic job removing the ceiling and all trace of asbestos -- and left the room clean and tidy. The air test following the procedure came back "extremely clean" with no signs of asbestos in that room or in adjacent rooms. I highly recommend Manny and his GreenStream crew for your asbestos/lead/mold removal needs!

GreenStream was not only efficient, but provided us with personalized and expert service that made us confident with the quality of work being done. We were very pleased with GreenStream and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

My wife and I are preparing to move into our first house together, with the baby expected in a month or so. The house we are moving into had mould in the basement and being a new young couple money is tight but it was important to ensure the environment is healthy. I met with for contractors to get quotes for the mould removal, Gilbert one of the owners from Green Stream came out to the house for a quote, when he was there he was the only one to point out the asbestos that was clearly visible. He gave me a very fair price to complete the total job removing everything that was contaminated including the asbestos. He also assured me that anything that would be a surprise would be taking care of at the quoted price. I'm happy to say that I dropped off the keys to the house and return several days later to meet with Gilbert and inspect the work. It was exactly as he said it would be the crew even took an extra day to ensure that they were thorough. On top of everything Gilbert told me if I ever had any problems regarding any construction matters with the house to give him a call and he can refer me. I did take him up on his offer for other contractors and that turned out to be a positive experience as well. In conclusion the price was very fair especially because the work was very thorough and there was absolutely no problems. My wife and I as well as baby to be are very excited to be in our healthy, safe home!! James
