We had a mould assessment done in our house recently due to persistant odour and mustiness and concern of possible mould. As a result of a positive assessment of both dampness and mould we contacted GreenStream Environmental. It was the best decision we ever made. Manny Oliveira (co-owner of GreenStream)responded to our emergency immediately and had his crew in our house within two days. There were two areas of mould concern that they dealt with quickly and efficiently and then the BIG ISSUE, When preparing the third area of concern for moisture under our crawl space they discovered 4-6 inches of water trapped under the crawl space! Even though this was not the anticipated problem Manny brought in another crew the very same day and went to work pumping out the water which was coming in through a very porous old foundation. The water persisted and he brought his crew back the next day to,once again, pump out the water. His team set up a dehumidifier system to manage the dampness until we manage to get a waterproofing company in the permanately fix the problem.Manny and his crew went above and beyond in terms of effort and time spent to make our place liveable. Everyone involved was polite, professional and extremely sensitive to our stress. Five Gold Stars!!!!!!

We had Greenstream come in to remove an attic filled with vermiculite, pipes wrapped in asbestos and mold removal in a cold room. We met with Gilbert who was very knowledgeable and quick to schedule us in. The entire team were very proffessional, tidy and extremely thourough with the removal. We had and air quaility test and it passed with excellent results. Shortly after we had some mold come back in the cold room and Gilbert once again came to look at it, made his recommendation and completely cleaned it up again at no cost to us. We are truly grateful to have dealt with such a great company and would highly recommend them.

GreenStream Environmental sent a team of 4 to complete the cleaning up of our basement after the flood in Toronto, Summer 2013. The team was courteous and worked hard to complete the work in 2 days. Before the team arrived, I received a very clear breakdown of the work to be completed. Everything was completed to a high degree of excellence.

It's impossible to imagine the work involved in even the preparation for removing a stucco ceiling filled with asbestos, let alone the actual removal and the clean up that follows. I spoke with Manny in March and scheduled a job for a specific week in April and he booked me. His quote was better than others, and he definately came in on budget. Manny is a man of his word, he takes his business seriously and wants to ensure that the customer is happy. He showed up with his workers on the day we agreed upon, and he finished a day and a half early - his guys worked extra hard because they knew we had a plastering company booked to start on a certain date. At the end of the day, we were very happy and it's always nice when a man like Manny comes along that you know you'll be able to trust with your home and is able to price a job and come in on budget. I'm sorry it took so long to write this review but it's been a busy crazy summer. You can put your trust in Manny and his crew for your asbestos removal / needs or whatever other services they provide. There are great people in the world and Manny is one of them.

Due to water infiltration from roof, mold was detected in 2012 and 2013 by Leap Management. They recommended GreenStream very highly to remove the mold. Greenstream came quickly and did a fantastic job; we subsequently got a green bill of health!

We called Manny after having removed a wall in our basement that lead to a thick layer of dust all over our house. We decided after the fact to test for asbestos and found asbestos in our plaster walls. Manny came to take a look and made us feel very confident that everything would be taken care and we could get back in our house quickly. Manny brought his crew in a few days a did a thorough Type III abatement in our basement and a Type II clean up over the entire house. What an amazing job. Everything was spotless when we got back in. We were very happy and felt comfortable coming back in after he tested multiple sites in our house for clean air. It passed no problem. The basement was spotless and was left for a complete renovation in perfect condition. We would hire Manny and his crew without hesitation for these type of problems. We found mold growing in our basement and called three different specialist. GreenStream was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Manny's team, Jose and Luis, were terrific. They tented the area and removed all the mold and then cleaned the area. Very satisfied!

I purchased a new home and after the home inspection and a subsequent mould inspection found out that we had mould and had to take care of it. We had three companies come in for a quote and GreenStream was by far the most professional, thourough and easiest to deal with. Their price was very competitive and we decided to go with them. They completed the work in the time they said they would, the final price was exaclty what was quoted, they cleaned up nicely and the job was performed with excelllence. I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired Greansteam Environmental to clear the air vents in my home of asbestos. I found them to be honest and direct about their services and cost. I was able to make an appointment quickly. They were prompt in arriving, completed all work as promised, and left the house neat and clean, just as I had left it. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenstream to other home owners.
