    Furnace & A/C installation

    I would like to commend Chris and his crew from the Hamilton/Burlington area. He was very professional,kind and knowlegable in his field. He made sure to explain each step that needed to be done to complete the work properly and why. This crew worked very hard.I felt went over and above to make sure I was satified with the installation and we would be comfortable for now and the future. This install was in my attic which already has its own challenges. Great job guys! I will be recommending this company to anyone. K. Griemens London Ont

    Furnace repair

    My furnace failed at 7 AM and by 9 AM a service person had come and fixed it. The service person Luis was very careful about social distancing but was still efficient and courteous. My repair was under warranty and he advised my how to continue the warranty after the original expires. VERY impressed with this company.

    Awesome Service for Replacement Hot Water Tank

    I was very disenchanted with the company from which I was renting my hot water tank. I called Boonstra. The person answering the phone was great. Sophia in Sales was great. She had two technicians come to replace the hot water tank that very morning. The best part was that Daniel and Michael were awesome. Very professional, courteous, pleasant and smart. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. I couldn't have been happier! Note, approximate cost entered is the monthly rental fee.

    New furnace

    My 26 year old furnace was more efficient than the new furnace put in. Has been 14 months and already needing service. They sell garbage. Would love to throw it out and get something else

    Furnace Service / Replace

    After 15 year of seemingly flawless operation the exhaust fan quit on our furnace during the Family Day long weekend. After a few phone calls , we realized that most companies charge a premium for after hours or long weekend service calls, in fact double!......understandably.......Boonstra however does not. The service fee is the service fee regardless of when they are needed. Something to take note of if you ever need service. The tech arrived Holiday Monday as expected and within minutes diagnosed the issue. Our furnace (not installed by Boonstra 15 years ago) Required a part which was fairly pricey. He very quickly provided the options and got the heat back on. What impressed me most were the options. 1) fix - and move on...... 2) Fix now and explore the cost of a new furnace (at 15 years we were coming to end of life, POSSIBLY..needing more repairs in the near future). If we decided to go with a new furnace, the cost of the new part and the service fee were applied to the new furnace. So the heat went back on and we were able to make a decision as to what we would like to explore. No hassle, no pressure, nothing..........for our family it was the right time to replace, however we could have very easily just gone with the repair. Just want to commend the Boonstra team on there level of service, treating the customer as a customer. From our service techs Mike and Jeff , to our sales guy Peter , right through to the installers, Chad and Brandon, a true pleasure from start to finish.

    Basic maintenance turned to disabled furnace and sleazy sales pitch

    Hamilton contractor on maintenance call claimed to find cracks in furnace heat exchange. Disabled furnace before a snow storm. Proceeded to make a sales pitch for overpriced equipment in which he claimed that a new furnace would require us to replace the water tank. When we replaced equipment (through another company), took apart furnace, no fault was found.

    Boonstra service

    Have a Boonstra furnace and get yearly maintenance by them. They always call to remind me to get my maintenance done, very courteous. Excellent routine service. Good communication of service results. Very respectful of cleanliness.

    Gas furnace and central air

    My house has been under renovations for almost three year's now and most of the contractors have been a nightmare. I recently purchased a furnace and central air package from Boonstra's and to be honest I expected more of the same....Not so. This company was a pleasure to do business with from the salesman Chuck to the installer Daniel. Thank you Boonstra's, I will certainly be recommending you to my friends Deb Pampano

    Furnace and water heater installed,

    I am very satisfied with Nolan and Jordan's work.They were very polite and caring. They worked hard all day and left the place spotless. Very impressed. Thank you very much Boonstra for the excellent service.

    Oil furnace removal, replaced with gas and air conditioning

    The two techs that came to install my new furnace and air conditioning were too notch. Nolan and Jordan were professional yet still very friendly which made the whole experience seamless. Boonstra gave our family a great deal for the products and install. I highly recommend asking for Nolan and Jordan for the work being done. They went above and beyond and did not even take a break to make sure every T was crossed, and all the I's had dots. The attention to detail was something rarely seen. Thanks again.
