Daniel and Dan replaced my old units today. I have been a customer of Boonstra for 10 years now and once again have been totally satisfied with the work done. Daniel and Dan were professional, polite, and worked well as a team to carry out the work. Many thanks.

The guys who did the duct cleaning yesterday were great very knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately I cannot remember names but they took the time to get to know us and our needs. They were super friendly which is definitely a bonus. When having good people come in your home it makes you feel like you've known each other for a while. Unfortunately getting the appointment was tough because we got cancelled etc. But when it came down to the actual cleaning we were definitely satisfied. We would do more business with Boonstra in the future just hope the before the service part goes smoother.

I recently had my ducts cleaned by Kris and Tyler, and they did an excellent job. They were very professional, thorough, and I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and Kris did a great job. They explained everything they were going to do and did their job efficiently. They were friendly and knew their job very very well.

The two guys did a great job explaining what they were doing, were very clean and super polite with big smiles on their faces. Didn't realize how dirty the vents were until days later when my breathing improved significantly.

I had always used Boonstra when I owned my own house and found the company excellent. I moved to a condo almost 2 years ago and had a new heating coil unit installed but was not happy with the lack of communication regarding maintenance. Imagine my delight to discover that Boonstra could do the maintenance. Mart was the technician who came and he was excellent and did a thorough check. I also told 3 neighbours on my floor about the service and they signed up within a few days of my service and were also very happy. I am so relieved because now I will have a reminder for service and if there is a problem I know Boonstra will sort it out.

Kris and Kyle were amazing. They went out of their way to befriend our dog who is afraid of strangers and that was not easy. They were friendly, clean, efficient and showed me the results at the end. Good job! It was a pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you.

Kris and Kyle did a great job. They informed me of everything they were doing. Everything was put back where it was found and they took great care to not bring in any outside dirt. When they were finished I was shown the dirt that was removed and the openings that were made in the ductwork for cleaning?

In regards to the below: Boonstra was able to rectify the situation. Thank you for addressing this quickly! Our furnace broke down on April 2, 2016 and we called Boonstra to diagnose and possibly repair the problem. Our tech, Taylor was great and was able to diagnose the problem. We had a primary circuit board that needed to be replaced which is a Level 4 on Boonstra's rating, and would have cost us $826+HST. Rather than repair the 15 year old mid-efficiency furnace, we decided that we would replace the unit and invited Boonstra to quote on the job. Same day, we had a sales rep show up that evening to walk us through the quote. We were told we would be able to deduct the diagnostic cost ($129.95 + HST) from the install of the new furnace if we were to go with them. This is all fine and dandy, but we have been 3 days now in -5 degree weather and we still haven't received the quote! We have decided to go with another company and based on my experience I would not recommend Boonstra to friends or family. You guys had the job, all you had to do was send a price.
