Excellent all round! Prompt service. The entire process was thoroughly explained. The procedure took place with efficiency. Very professional employees with great communication skills. We were very pleased with the results and we would highly recommend them.

Called Boonstra to get a quote to replace our AC unit. When they called to verify the appointment they were so concerned that I had my wife at the appointment as well. When I said she might not be there the person on the phone wanted to reschedule or get my wife on the phone. I felt like I was dealing with a time share company. The excuse was they wanted everyone there to answer any questions and go over the different products and warranty, but would not accept that both myself and wife were ok continue with the appointment. Very bad experience I cancelled the appointment and would never recommend this company.

Kyle and Steve H. from Boonstra's came out to clean our ducts. They called in advance, showed up on time as promised, were extremely professional in how they carried out thier tasks, indicated what they were doing and why and showed us the end results of their work. On top of that they were good guys to talk to and provided us some tips to help with the cooling of our house. They provided a great service!

Our Air Conditioner broke so we called. It could not be fixed so we looked into options. For us it was best to purchase both a new Air Conditioner and Furnace because of the age of both of them. From first call to the installation everyone was professional, courteous and helpful

Our family would like to thank team from Boonstra for all they have done to make our home cool and comfortable again. From the initial visit from Nathan, the Service Technician, Scott from Sales and to the team of Dan and Daniel who installed our furnace and air conditioner today. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and we will definitely recommend Boonstra to our family and friends.

We recently had our ducts cleaned by Boonstra. Kris and Brent were thorough, polite, and were great entertainment for the kids. We would highly recommend them for this service. Thanks Guys !!

Just want to put in a good word for the folks at Boonstra in Burlington. Our AC was acting up and they were here within a few hours. Upon inspection they convinced me to consider a new AC unit and with a furnac combination they could package the deal. We have had no problems with our furnace but it was 16 years old and a mid efficiency so we decided to go ahead. The salesman Dan did an oustanding job explaining the AC and furnace units, efficiencies, savings, etc. He also clearly explained the rebates we would receive by going to higher effiency units. He was not pushy and very honest and knowledgeable. The crew arrived the next day to do the work. The team was Daniel and Louis. These guys worked their butts off for 10 hours and did an EXCELLENT job. Very clean work and good craftsmanship. They took their time and you can tell they take pride in their work. We were very impressed with Dan and his technical ability and his no rush attitude. We have worked with Boonstra before for service and never had any issues but on this go around we definitely noticed their customer service. They are easy to work with and their work is definitely top quality. Although there is nothing worse then spending that kind of money I can say they made it pain free! Well done! Our air conditioner decided to call it quits on the first really hot night of the year...three grumpy people and a panting dog later, Boonstra was the best rated company so we gave them a call around 10:00pm. Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice (thanks Andrea!) who quickly got us sorted and had someone on there way to us within an hour. The technician (thanks Taylor!) was also very friendly, obviously very knowledgeable, and had the necessary part to replace right in his van. Within half an hour the house was finally starting to cool down from 30 degrees celsius. Thank you Boonstra for allowing myself and my family to actually get some sleep last night! Highly recommend!

My overall experience with Boonstra continues to be so positive. I greatly appreciated how Daniel C. respected our home by laying down mats to protect our floors and wearing protective footwear as well. He not only was pleasant to deal with, but efficient and trustworthy. If I had to install another new furnace or Air Conditioner I would specifically ask for him. Thank you Daniel for the great job!

I have the home maintenance pkg, lately I had the AC serviced. The serviceman for cleaning the AC and the duct cleaning servicemen were efficient. The whole experience was positive and friendly from the first phone call to each of the workers coming to do their job. Well done! Thank you
